MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
April 28, 2015 at 6:26 am in reply to: Which ticket Plugin: I want to Sell tickets to 1, 2 or 3 days of a 3 day event? #958863Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help out here.
All our ticketing plugins have the same features. So it is best to buy the one that integrates with the eCommerce system you would like to use.
We do not have options to sell tickets as you suggest.
You could create one event and then create a ticket for: 1 day, 2 day, or 3 day passes. However each would have it’s own stock as we do not have a global stock feature.
Beyond that you would have to do a customization and we are not able to support that unfortunately.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Eddie,
I am going to jump in here and help out as well.
Do know if your server is running Ubuntu and if so what version?
Also do you have a ssl for your site?
Brian
MemberIt maybe possible through a customization.
You can check out our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid I cannot provide much more support then that. I would ask that you take any support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!

MemberIf the event is scheduled then it is not published and is not showing on the Front End.
The date about the Publish (or Schedule button) should not be changed to the start date of the event. If that date is setup for May 10th then the event is scheduled to publish on May 10th. Meaning the event does not show on the front end until that date.
Use today’s date in that field so the event shows on the frontend.
Use the Start and End Date and times to display the event.
I would review our New User Primers for the Events Calendar and WooCommerce Tickets to make sure everything is setup correctly:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro

Thanks

MemberUnfortunately, we do not provide any customization services for our plugin. And customizations are not support per our terms of service and most of the WordPress plugin industry.
We have a list of people that might help you customize the plugin:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Beyond that on something this complex there is not much we can do.
Brian
MemberI would look at all the events with the one having the issue and checked for anything that is not images or plain text in the editor and if removing it resolves the issue.
I would also look into the theme for any coding that might be causing conflicts.
However, that is made much harder by not being able to disable plugins or change themes.
If you cannot change a live site the other alternative is to have a staging site to run all the tests on too.
Brian
MemberThanks for the information.

MemberHi Paul,
Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to print or save the month view as a pdf. It could be possible with a pdf framework, but that is beyond the support we can provide to help with.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. We do not support recurring events through Eventbrite it maybe possible now with the API change and we can look into it again after that is complete this week.
I do not have a timeline though when that might happen.
We are interested in adding this feature so if you upvoting this request on UserVoice that helps us to prioritize new features and functionality.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat glad it helps.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberI would try deleting plugin and reloading with a fresh copy and see if that helps the issue.
Do you have any customizations in your theme as well?
Brian
MemberHi,
I visited your site and see what you mean.
This might help:
.tribe-events-single-event-description img.alignleft {
margin-right: 15px;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelly,
Thanks for using our plugins. We only have the CSV importer and not a way to Export Events to a CSV.
You maybe to try something like this plugin to just export events, venues, and organizers:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
