MemberHello,
I can help out here.
Please remove your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your new site.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I took a look at your site and it is caused by the css for your widget titles.
#sidebar .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .widget-title {
float: none;
width: 140px;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk let us know.
That is a known bug in the mobile month view and in the 3.10 release the issue will be resolved.
Unfortunately, we have had a long development cycle and many of the bugs you see would have been already fixed, but the release has been delayed.
We are doing testing on 3.10 and hope to have it out soon.
Brian
MemberNo Worries, glad it is worked out.I have done this from time to time as well, it happens. π
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

MemberApril does not have events so it is saying no events found. It shows events in May at the end, but those are not April events so it does not take those into account.
This event INTA 137th Annual Meeting β San Diego (USA) is only one event so in List views and List Widget it shows once, which is correct.
Brian
MemberEvents, Venues, and Organizers are all separate custom post types so the data is not together.
Brian
MemberAll those are past events. They will not show in the widget or the List View.
You only have 1 upcoming event so that is all that is show. That is the correct operation of the plugin.
Brian
MemberIt will not delete any events or data. But it is always a good idea to backup just in case.
Brian
Membercan i send you the admin details so you can have a look at the backend of the event calendar please because there is only one date that i can insert and that is the start/end dates.
I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
What is the start and end date time in the event?
What does is say above the Schedule / Publish / Update Button, ie. “Published on: Date” or “Schedule for: Date”
Brian
MemberIt actually does have an export (just tried it), but does not export custom fields π
These two might help:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-csv/
They both said they export custom fields and custom post types, but I have not tried either.
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin.
Sorry for the issues you are having.
It looks like the List Widget is only showing events for this category: cgv-main-events/
There is only one event there so that is all that is showing.
The image you should of the widget settings does not have a category selected, can you verify that?
What happens if you add a new Event List Widget? Does it default to that category as well?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberYou can change that with a WordPress setting.
Go to WordPress Settings > General > βWeek Starts Onβ
Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi
Sorry for the issues you are having.
It sound like a file may not have made it over during the migration.
Can you see if you delete the events calendar and reload the latest version it resolve the issue?
Let me know.
Thanks
