MemberOh I see.
Unfortunately, on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support.
I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
I can say the Events Calendar creates it’s own page so creating a page called events or event will cause issues with the plugin. No WordPress page should be called events or event, the plugin creates that for you.
Beyond that I cannot provide technical support here.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our Facebook Importer.
Unfortunately, the Facebook Importer does not import the categories.
It was not available in the current version of the Graph API to import.
However, we are changing to the new API and then we can look to see if that is available to import with the event.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIt does not look like they did.
It looks like W3 Total Cache is minifing and combining the css causing the issue.
Clearing that cache in that plugin may help or the settings may have to be tweaked to get the site to display right.

MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberHi sorry for those issues.
However, we did not change the display of the events in those releases they were security and maintenance releases only.
I looked at your site and it appears you are using the mobile css and the css is cached. Does recycling the cache fix the issue?

MemberHi Alex,
The accounts for the Pro Support are created when purchased. So I cannot send you one.
What is the url for the forum topic you created and I can see about moving it back.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can answer your question.
We do not have a feature to only show the first instance of a recurring event.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
Unfortunately, it requires the Events Calendar to work as tickets are created inside the event themselves.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Again,
I can help out here.
The best thing to do would be to follow the themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To move and edit this file in your theme:
the-events-calendar\views\modules\meta\venue.php
There you want to change this line (41):
<dd class="tel"> <?php echo $phone ?> </dd>to this:
<dd class="tel">"><?php echo $phone ?></dd>Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Kerri,
Unfortunately, that is not possible with the recurring events.
The events have to be on a set pattern and do not accept random dates.
Our product overview was not clear on that, but we modified it yesterday to better show what the system does now.
Here is how recurring events work:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
If that is not what you are looking for please please follow our refund policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it. Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help you get started on this.
The best bet would be to follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To modify the list templates.
There you could run a counter from a global variable and add you ad coding every 4 times.
That is just one method there is countless others, but each would take some php coding to pull off and that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat glad it helps.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
April 29, 2015 at 6:16 am in reply to: Displaying a calendar and a list of a events of a category in wordpress? #959208Brian
MemberThe Events Calendar view links are not changeable without doing customizations, which are challenging.
You should be able to change regular pages in WordPress.
If you can add the direct link in that would be the quickest and easiest method.
Thanks
