Hi,
I recently updated WordPress and Woocommerce, and now the WooTickets plugin isn’t working properly. I just paid to renew my license hoping it would solve the problem, but it hasn’t.
When adding items to the cart on event pages with WooTickets, there’s a fatal error message. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes).
I tested adding items to the shopping cart using just WooCommerce products, and this error doesn’t appear, so it must just be the WooTickets plugin. This error only appears when WooTickets is active.
This is a big issue, as it’s preventing us from making money with event registrations (some people prefer to do it online rather than over the phone). Here is an example page where you can test the tickets plugin: http://torrancechamber.com/event/global-trends-economic-forecast/
Also, would it be possible to change the domain on my Events Calendar Pro and WooTickets? It’s the same business, just the .org extension was changed to .com.
Thanks.
