ParticipantHi, I am having trouble with my events not displaying on my calendar. I’ve added on test event but its not showing on the calendar. Also, on my events page, I can only scroll about a month or two ahead before the NEXT date button disappears.
I can send you the admin details should you require. Please this is urgent.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having I can help troubleshoot them with you.
Can you please verify the test Event is published and please send a link to the single view of the event.
Also, the Next and Previous Month links only work if you have an event in the next month. Not sure what is happening on your site though.
Let me know about that Single Event Link and we can go from here.
Thanks

ParticipantHi,
The link is: http://197.189.244.250/shop/gradnetstore/?p=203
When I go to Events and click on Quick Edit, it shows that the status is Scheduled and when I click on the dropdown and select Published and save, the status doesn’t display.
My Woo-Tickets is also not available to buy from the above events link… (purchased license).
tnx

MemberIf the event is scheduled then it is not published and is not showing on the Front End.
The date about the Publish (or Schedule button) should not be changed to the start date of the event. If that date is setup for May 10th then the event is scheduled to publish on May 10th. Meaning the event does not show on the front end until that date.
Use today’s date in that field so the event shows on the frontend.
Use the Start and End Date and times to display the event.
I would review our New User Primers for the Events Calendar and WooCommerce Tickets to make sure everything is setup correctly:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro

Thanks

I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
What is the start and end date time in the event?
What does is say above the Schedule / Publish / Update Button, ie. “Published on: Date” or “Schedule for: Date”
