MemberHI,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help out here. Where did you place the coding?
If it is in a plugin or theme and either is updated it will overwrite the changes.
It should be added through a child theme or custom plugin to prevent updates from erasing the changes.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI appreciate the login info.
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.

MemberOk there is a 404 error there and I have created a ticket to fix it.
It does not appear to be breaking week view, but thanks for pointing it out so we can address.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help out here.
Since this is all one site you should only need to get one license.
I would add the license to the install that does all the updating of plugins and WordPress.
Since the license is not needed for the plugin to work, only for updates.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. Sorry for the issues with this.
It sounds like a javascript conflict or error is causing the issue.
Do you have a link I can take a look at the issue?
Let me know and I can see what is up.
Thanks
May 26, 2015 at 8:10 am in reply to: Link existing Eventbrite event with existing wordpress event #965116Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our Eventbrite Add On.
Currently, there is no feature to link existing events in Eventbrite and WordPress.
They should be created in one of those and sent to the other.
I am not sure it is possible we could even link existing events, but if you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets, see my answers below:
Do you have any way to capture specific information about event attendees? For example, I am often asked to get numbers of people with special dietary requirements, etc.
We currently do not have this built in, but you can use a plugin to modify the checkout of WooCommerce to get more information.
We do have a more advanced version of the ticketing plugins that will do this, but it is not released and I do not have a timelime when it might be, but it will be in beta soon.
I presume invoices get sent automatically from Woocommerce?
WooCommerce sends the receipt for the purchase just like any other product.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help you out here.
If you have Event Rocket active you can go to the Admin then edit a individual Venue having the issue.
There you will see a Coordinates Meta Box to set Latitude and Longitude.
Enter in those values for the address and save and it should correct the map.
To get the Latitude and Longitude from Google Maps check out this article: “Get the coordinates of a place”
https://support.google.com/maps/answer/18539?hl=en
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I have answered your questions below:
question: is there a way to sign up for an event on events calendar pro without paying for it?, i.e. if the event was free? or would i still use a ticketing and booking addon. looks like the answer is get a ticketing addon. is this right?
You can use any of our ticketing plugins and set the ticket to free or zero cost.
attendee self cancel?
automatic waitlist management? does it set up a wait list and notify waitlist attendees of status and again when status changes?
automatic attendees reminders? These are not features of our plugins.
would any of these be included in any of the ticketing addons? which if any, would require custom coding?
They are no included and could be possible with customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for trying out our plugin and sorry for the issues.
Currently, there are conflicts with WPML and the Events Calendar and we do not have any solutions for them nor can we provide tech support on them at this time.
We are looking to make the plugins work together, however, it is not clear what changes are required in our own codebase, which already follows most or all WordPress best practices for internationalization.
It could be that WPML itself needs to change how it works to accommodate a wider range of plugins, like our own, or alternatively it may need to introduce new facilities our plugins can interact with before we can make changes on our end.
Given the number of unknowns we just can’t commit even to an approximate timeline to resolve this.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help get you going in the right direction.
That coding looks like it might work to create the venue category. Is it working for you?
If you are having issues, this generator might help:
http://generatewp.com/taxonomy/
To add the venues to a single venue we have our themer’s guide to edit templates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat thanks for sharing this coding!
You could also look to use is_user_logged_in() to tell if a person is logged in our not:
