    Hello Kelly,

    Unfortunately, there is no way to add recurring events through the csv importer. So as you said would have to be imported as individual events.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you to get it resolved.

    I tested this out on my site and it enabled me to add tickets from multiple events so lets see what the issue is on your site.

    To help narrow down this issue on your site can you run through the Testing for Conflicts Guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    Let me know what you find out from those tests and if it finds the issue.

    Hi,

    Ok glad it is moving in the right direction.

    For those two events not showing tickets can you change this setting in them to No:

    Display tickets on event page?

    Click Update, then change the setting to Yes and Update again and see if that brings them back.

    If that does not work you may have to re-import them from Eventbrite.

    Ok Good News. I was able to narrow down and fix the issue.

    Your event titled Adult Weekend on 2015-03-13 cost is set to 50-90

    The max function in php was considering that to be the highest value and so it was using that in the Cost Filter, which broke everything.

    Removing that cost from that event fixed the issue on the test site you provided.

    Let me know if that does the same for you.

    I am also creating a bug report on this so we can take into account issues such as this and not break it as it did for you.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues. The latest version of Eventbrite is 3.9.6, which is available by automatic update or in your account here.

    Please confirm you have updated the plugin to 3.9.6 and followed these steps to create your Eventbrite APP and authorized it with your site:

    Then we can go from there.

    Ok, you can try downgrading to 3.9.2 for Eventbrite and try sync the feature image with that version.

    I am not sure if that will work as the API was suppose to change, but that might do it.

    I did some more testing and it appears that coding does not work as intended, especially with the ajax.

    I updated the snippet above and test and it looked to work better.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I think I see the issue.

    You are going to have to delete the series you created and start again.

    Since you series is weekly on every Tuesday the initial event start and end date should be the first Tuesday of the series.

    So in this case the start and end date is May 26th.

    Use the recurrence End On field to set the final date for the series. (12/31/15)

    The settings should look something like this:

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    It is possible to do what you are looking for, but not out of the box and would require customization on your part that we cannot support.

    The tickets were designed for simple one time events and using them for classes was not the intended purpose.

    To add the iCal button above the month view add this to your theme’s functions.php:

    To remove the lower button add this snippet:

    You may have to add some css to get it to display exactly how you would like.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    Those are both interesting sites, but we do not have features like that for our plugins.

    The ticketing plugins were not designed for repeating events so each class you would have to create tickets for and that process is time consuming.

    It maybe to be done with customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
