    I get that it is not a 404 issue, but it is a permalink issue so those steps my help or they may not, but at least it would be ruled out.

    So can you please follow both guides I linked to and see if either one helps either narrow down or resolve the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    We do not have any features to charge for the creation of events so all options would have to be created by you as a customization and that is beyond the support we can provide to help on those.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Jeff,

    Each of our products in separate so if you would like Pro, Filter Bar, and Eventbrite you will have to purchase all 3.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Ok, since it is not working because of the redirect I would try first following the steps in our 404 Error Guide and see if resaving the permalinks fixes the issue.

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

    If that does not help please follow the Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that can narrow down the cause:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    Let me know what you find out.

    Hi,

    Sorry to disappoint, but recurring events are not supported by the Eventbrite API.

    So the only way to do this is create individual events and register with Eventbrite.

    For reference we do mention this in the More Information section of the Eventbrite Product Page.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Are you having issues importing or registering events because of this redirect?

    I am not exactly sure what the issue is.

    Visiting the OAUTH url should go to your home page:

    http://yoursite.com/tribe-oauth/eventbrite/

    But that is all used by the coding so there is no reason to visit the url.

    Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Where are you placing that coding at and are you trying to show the venue name with a link to that page?

    Let me know and I can help out.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    The Filter Bar is not included with Pro.

    Each of our Add Ons for the Events Calendar is a separate product.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    I took a look at your site and see what you mean.

    I am seeing this error that maybe causing the issue:

    TypeError: $ is not a function
    http://haltech.ca/events/month/
    Line 173

    It is coming from this script:

    <script language="javascript">
    $(window).load(function() {
    $('#featured').orbit({bullets: true});
    $('#featured2').orbit({bullets: true});
    $('#responsive').orbit({bullets: true, fluid: true});
    });
    </script>

    Not sure what added that script, but removing it should fix the issue.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    And now the action and function to remove the lower link buttons doesn’t work on URL’s that have “/” at the end, which seems to be happening when clicking the previous or next month buttons on the calendar.

    It appears the customization do not work because your url’s do not end with a blackslash.

    What are you permalink settings?

    On months without events the “Export Month’s Events” button shows up, where it use to not.

    Is this in the footer or the header?

    Let me know about those two, but I am limited on troubleshooting customizations and may not be able to resolve issues that are caused by adding them, but will do my best to help here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins I can help answer your questions and get this working with you.

    Firstly, One the event page though, there is no way to buy the ticket. Surely that should be an automated thing on event creation, no? I could understand if it linked to the event bright page, but it does not.
    This not about buying tickets through my site, I get that it is an Eventbright plugin. So how does the 2 link? if not for duplicating the creation of an event?

    Can you confirm there are tickets created for the event in Eventbrite and they show under Associated Tickets: section of the event.

    Also, this setting “Display tickets on event page?” is set to yes. (if yes, save as no and then resave as yes)

    Both of those are in the individual event editor in the admin.

    Secondly, I can create the price of the event fine, but I do not see anywhere about concession tickets and other variables.

    If you leave the field blank it will be a free ticket. For more complex options you can create the tickets in Eventbrite for the event and then they will show in the Associated Tickets: section in the events admin and on the front end in the ticket iframe.

    Also, please also update to Eventbrite Tickets 3.9.6 to make sure we are on the same page if there turns out to be more issues.

    Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.

    Thanks
