how to charge for creating events?

hi there,
A proposed site charges for creating an event, then, a lesser charge for creating each event thereafter.
I thought to use Gravity Forms registration with payment levels, discounts, and coupons based on the number of events he or she wishes to post. however, once an event organizer has paid for 1 or more events and registered, they will have privileges to post events. then, once an event organizer has registered and paid, I would use the events calendar pro with or without Community Events if client needs front end post events.

problem #1 there is no way to limit or monitor how many events they may post once they are registered.

problem #2 if they don’t know how many events they will host when they register, they won’t be able to pay at time of registration.

So, 2 problems with using Gravity Forms for an event organizer’s registration. Are there other options?

We do not have any features to charge for the creation of events so all options would have to be created by you as a customization and that is beyond the support we can provide to help on those.
