Buble popup on calendar event

I have installed 2 out of 3 licences for the event calendar pro. On the full calendar, when you hover on a date, it show a popup….uuummmm nice…

then i installed the event calendar on another site, no popup

since i dont have enable or disable the event popup… i have no idea what to do to have the popup back…

hot to see it ?

It sounds like a javascript conflict or error is causing the issue.

Do you have a link I can take a look at the issue?

I appreciate the login info.

However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
