MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
That message is telling you there is a no version of Pro to update to. The lastest version is now 3.11.
Both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro should be on 3.11 to make the message go away.
You can use the auto update feature if you have entered your license to update or manually update by downloading the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Glad it is working now.
There should not be a delay, but it sounds like a couple people had problems on Friday, it looks to have been temporary.
We will monitor it and see if we need to change something if this keeps happening.
Thanks for reporting the issue.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the info.
Also, what is your settings in WordPress here:
Settings ->General > WordPress Address (URL)
Settings ->General > Site Address (URL)Those both should be:
http://www.wallowology.org/pages/
Let me know what you have there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for updating.
I see you are hiding the Events Search Bar also called Tribe Events Bar.
And it looks like the script is not loading on your site for the Event Bar, but the Filter Bar requires it so that is creating the error.
Do you have any coding in place to prevent this script:
tribe-events-bar.min.js
from loading on your site?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
You are talking about the date right under the title correct?
If so try out this css:
#tribe-events-content .tribe-events-schedule h3 {
display: none;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here and thanks for providing a solution.
It is something we could look to tighten up, do you have a link to a page with Gravity Forms on it so I can see how it looks now with the fix and compare it on my test install to see what is going on.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help answer your questions.
WooCommerce Tickets creates tickets per event so you could create a ticker for each day with the 100 day seat limit.
We do not have features though to purchase a weekly ticket and at the same time reduce the stock of each individual day.
It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I can help troubleshoot them with you.
Do you have a screenshot you can send as a link in a private reply of the recurring settings so I can see what is happening?
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in the Events Calendar Pro.
It does not currently support recurring events not on a regular schedule.
However, we are developing that feature, but I do not have a release date for it.
So for now you would have to create them as separate events.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Ok let me know and I can take a look.
The word Archive is being added as the event views are archives in WordPress. So most likely it is some coding from the theme or a plugin that adds that to every archive.
There maybe a way to add a conditional to that coding to get this to stop.
Let me know when the site is live and I will see if what can be done.
Cheers
Brian
MemberThanks for the info and updating.
Sorry that did not help.
What is the date of the event that you are trying to save tickets to? Can you please provide a link if it is live. Also, you do not need the dates on there and can clear them to make the tickets show right now if you need them to show.
As for resolving this.
Lets take a look at your time settings in WordPress and the Events Calendar.
WordPress Settings
What is the settings for this two fields:Settings > General > “Date Format”
Settings > General > “Time Format”Event Settings
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Date Format Settings” < all settings under this headingPlease provide screen shots of those settings or whatever is easiest for you and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for providing that info.
I looked at your site again and see the main event views have /pages/ in the url. You have WordPress setup in that directory, correct?
It looks like all the individual links drop the /pages/ so that is the source of the problem.
Can you find the htaccess file in the root of WordPress and the root of your site and let me know what is in it in a private reply? I think that might be the place to resolve this.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Ok so I see one test event in that ical url:
July 24, 2015 test evet
Since it is the past now if you leave the import date as today it will not show.
Can you try adding an event at least a week in advance and see if it works then.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Natalie,
Are you using the Enfold theme? I am not sure if it is them or someone else, but I believe they include a function for Related Events for the Events Calendar.
It could be the theme coding then causing this issue.
If so you could contact them about removing the related events function.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
In WordPress you have to deactivate and delete a plugin before you can replace it with a manual update.
Although this process does not delete or change the settings or events it is always a good idea to backup your site before.
Let me know if you can get that to work.
Thanks
