Hello
I have a problem with the timing of wooticket.
after I saved the ticket sales, the end date is the 01.01.1970
this because ?July 24, 2015 at 1:41 pm #990119BrianKeymasterHi,
Sorry for the issues with the date saving in the tickets.
What date are you trying to save it to? And what is the end date for the event?
Also, are you using version 3.11 of WooCommerce Tickets?
Let me know and we can go from here to resolve this.
Thanks

I version 3.10, now I did manual upgrade to 3.11
but the problem is always thatthe problem is any event, the term event ticket after being saved, always write this date 1970-01-01
even if I change again, the date is always: 1970-01-01

The Events Calendar 3.11
wooticket 11.03thank you
July 27, 2015 at 7:38 am #990506BrianKeymasterThanks for the info and updating.
Sorry that did not help.
What is the date of the event that you are trying to save tickets to? Can you please provide a link if it is live. Also, you do not need the dates on there and can clear them to make the tickets show right now if you need them to show.
As for resolving this.
Lets take a look at your time settings in WordPress and the Events Calendar.
WordPress Settings
What is the settings for this two fields:Settings > General > “Date Format”
Settings > General > “Time Format”Event Settings
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Date Format Settings” < all settings under this headingPlease provide screen shots of those settings or whatever is easiest for you and we can go from here.
Thanks

July 29, 2015 at 8:14 am #991434BrianKeymasterHi,
Thanks for the information.
I visited your site, but was unable to reproduce the issue.
For these two events:
http://www.studioprnetwork.it/evento/snoop-dogg-baia-imperiale/
http://www.studioprnetwork.it/evento/test-2/
The End Sale Date Saved correctly. Even the one already at 1970 I was able to delete it. Then once empty I clicked on the box again and saved the date correctly.
Since it appears to work at least in one browser can you try a different browser and also clear your browser cache and see if that helps.
Let me know.
Thanks
