Keep getting this error. License is valid until December 2015. Running Events Calendar PRO 3.9.3 and want to upgrade. What are solutions for this server access error?

It maybe a temporary issue if you can try again in a couple hours.

Or you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and update the plugins manually right now.

Thanks for that suggestion. Still having some trouble. Here’s what I get when I upload and try to install.

Do I need to deactivate, uninstall, or something else before I try again?

Hi,

In WordPress you have to deactivate and delete a plugin before you can replace it with a manual update.

Although this process does not delete or change the settings or events it is always a good idea to backup your site before.
