    Just bought Event Calendar Pro but when I copy my key into the backend of the site it says the key is “invalid” – I’ve tried copying several times and even had others try to place the key in there and we all keep getting the same message that the key is invalid. Is there a step to validate the key or does it take time to become active?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues with this.

    It could be a temporary issue on our end please try again in a couple hours and let us know if it works then.

    Please not the plugin works without the license key so you can use all the features without having it in place.

    The license key is to authorize you for automatic updates only.

    It’s now working, should we always expect a delay like this if we purchase this key for other sites?

    Hi,

    Glad it is working now.

    There should not be a delay, but it sounds like a couple people had problems on Friday, it looks to have been temporary.

    We will monitor it and see if we need to change something if this keeps happening.
