MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Having said that if the events page is only showing unformatted text it is usually caused by some coding that tells WordPress to only show the excerpt in the archives.
I would look for a setting in your theme for the archives to see about enabling the full content to display.
Or try changing your event template here:
Head to this page:
Events > Settings > Display Tab
Then change this setting:
Events Template to Default Page Template
That is about all I can do to help out on theme compatibility issues for any of our plugins.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHello,
We do not have a feature in our plugins to subscribe to the calendar.
However, we do have the ICS feed built into month view that you can modify with a filter to show more dates.
George has a good explanation of it here:
Otherwise, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Thanks

MemberHi James,
Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets. I can troubleshoot this with you.
WooCommerce does not send the Tickets or the Order Complete email until an order is manually marked complete.
There is a plugin called WooCommerce Autocomplete Orders
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/
This marks all orders complete on successful purchase and will then send out the tickets and Order Complete email.
Let me know if that works for you or you are having issues beyond this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the suggestion. I think it would be useful feature to have.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

October 5, 2015 at 8:14 am in reply to: Facebook URL in "Other" field is not showing correctly in the published event #1011484Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. We have an overzealous sanitize feature that is escaping all the Additional Fields and this causes the url to show with the html tags.
We have a bug ticket in and this will be fixed in 4.0, which is still a couple months away.
In the mean time you could follow these steps from Nico to fix the issue for now:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
The Facebook Events importer only check if an event (or venue) as been imported previously by the importer. It does not have a feature to detect if an event that was imported and deleted should not be imported again nor a feature for you choose an event to not import.
Are these duplicate events you are trying to delete? Or are they events that you do not want to show on your site?
Either way you can set the events to either draft or private after being imported and then the front end user would not be able to see them and the event would not be re imported again.
Let me know about my questions and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for reporting this.
Although the counts might be off we are still getting notified when you post so no issues are being lost.
The count is cached and not always updated, but I did look on this page
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/users/stcwdc/support/topics/
And your last couple of posts were all correct.
Where are you seeing the incorrect numbers?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing Pro last week. I should have mentioned this before, but we try to keep one topic per ticket. So in the future can you please create a new ticket for your questions or issues and we can help out better that way.
As for the first request to change the start of the week.
You can change that with a WordPress setting.
Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”
Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
As for the All Events this css should fix it, but this is the last css I am going to be able to provide:
#footer-content .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-events-widget-link a {
font-size: 11px;
}Thanks
Brian
MemberThat is all we have then unfortunately.
Since there is nothing more I can add here. I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi Karen,
I took a look at your image, but not sure what you mean.
Can you provide some more details on what it should look like and instead what it does?
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Andreas,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. We do not have any RSVP features in our plugins until 4.0 comes out.
However, there is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has basic RSVP system in it.
It might be something that does what you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
October 5, 2015 at 6:54 am in reply to: Will the Community Tickets addon replace the Tickets addon? #1011423Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for your interest in the Community Tickets Plugin.
The plugin is going to be an Add On for our new ticketing plugin we are building that combines the features of all 4 plugins we currently have into one plugin. So it will be two different plugins.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a booking system, but 4 ticketing plugins and many of the eCommerce systems we connect to such as WooCommerce have the ability through other plugins to add people to Mailchimp.
We do not have a direct feature to do that.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
