    Hi,

Thanks for using our WooCommerce Tickets. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting 3rd party coding.

The tickets by default are set to hidden. I am not sure if that is the cause, but if you set the Catalog visibility in the individual Ticket Product WooCommerce edit page to Catalog and see if that makes a difference.

If that does not help it maybe the fact that tickets are tied to specific events and we redirect the ticket single page to the event page causing this.

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi Tejal,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

The Events Calendar Pro as recurring events in it that could work for this.

    This is how they work:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions or if you can provide an example with specific dates I can let you know how it would work.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out.

We do not have a feature to display both the Month and List view on the same page.

You can use the themer’s guide to modify the Month View Template:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

You could then add a custom query to show a list view under the month view or you could use a plugin such as the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it to display a list view:

    Event Rocket

I can help answer a couple more questions to get you started, but unable to provide all the coding for a customization.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I created all the snippets in that tutorial and have not had a chance to turn it into a plugin. Although it is something we would like to do.

What you see is all we have right now as far as snippets. It is on my list to add some snippets related to titles, breadcrumbs, and taxonomy layouts.

So if you have the basic coding for a plugin setup and would like to share that would be helpful.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I was able import all the events without issue.

There coding in the iCal Importer that detects if you deleted an event in your install and then does not reimport it. So I believe that is what you are running into.

Have you deleted and emptied the trash with the events?

Are you trying a one time import or a recurring import again?

Let me know and we can go from here.

    Hi oniregoc

There maybe another plugin that does it, but that is all I have for modifying WooCommerce.

We are working on our own features for this, but I do not have a timeline for its release.

In the meantime you could check out the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has a basic RSVP system in it:

    Event Rocket

    Cheers

    Hi Kamran,

We do not have a widget or shortcode in our plugins to display a single event.

There is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it that can do this:

    Event Rocket

    That might help you out.

    Thanks

Great glad it is working now, it is not very user friendly system to save the license key as the green valid message causes confusion on whether it is saved or not. It is something we are improving in 4.0 though.

I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

We are hoping to release before Thanksgiving.

However, that could change if we run into issues.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our ticketing plugins. We are working on this feature and I hope we include it in our 4.0 release.

For now though we do not have it as part of any of our ticketing plugins.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The plugin works without the license key. It does not require the license key to work and if it is not loading there is another issue causing it.

The license key is only for automatic updates.

In 4.0 our next release we have the license key automatically save to prevent some of these issues. So far though we have yet to find a bug that actually prevents the saving of the license key when the steps are followed above. It still could be a bug, but we have not found one yet.

If you follow the steps above and it does not save after you get both the green success message and then click the Save Changes button. I encourage you to follow the Testing For Conflicts guide and then follow those steps and see if it will save then:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi Lisa,

Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our projects. Currently our ticketing plugins only work with an eCommerce System.

We have in development a version that will be stand alone and accept PayPal Payments, but it is not ready to be released yet.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
