Tickets are not sent out on Order Completion

Hello all,
I’m new to Wootickets – I hope you can help. I have been testing the plug in and noticed that when some tickets are purchased the buyer does not receive and “order complete’ email or their tickets. This seems to mostly be happening when people purchase through paypal. I use Genesis theme.
Are there any common errors i might be making here?

Hi James,

Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets. I can troubleshoot this with you.

WooCommerce does not send the Tickets or the Order Complete email until an order is manually marked complete.

There is a plugin called WooCommerce Autocomplete Orders

This marks all orders complete on successful purchase and will then send out the tickets and Order Complete email.

Let me know if that works for you or you are having issues beyond this.
