MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.
I am not sure how this coding even worked before.
It appears to be part of the Week View.
Did you recently update Pro from a version before 3.10?
The Week View was completely redone in 3.10 and that might be one reason why.
Is there more coding then this?
Let me know and I can try to help out.
Thanks
November 6, 2015 at 7:24 am in reply to: Events Calendar Community Pro Genesis Theme Error – Please Help #1022541Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. I can try to help out, but we are limited in supporting 3rd party coding.
I do use Genesis myself though so I maybe to help out a little more.
I am not experiencing this errors though on my test site.
So it appears the theme templates for the events calendar are outdated and that is causing the errors.
And because the theme has those overrides it looks like it has custom css too that causes the issue after the overrides are removed.
Can you get me a copy of the child theme in a private reply? I will take a quick look and might be able to resolve the issue that way.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian

And we can take care of it. Thanks
We did the launch the betas for 4.0 and I believe this issue was resolved there you might be able to test it out and see if you like:
http://betas.theeventscalendar.com/
It is a beta though so not sure if you want to run on a live site.
And please backup your dev site before adding if you do.
If not please follow the above steps for a refund.
Thanks

MemberHi Dirk,
Sorry I misread the statement on the new plugin.
If you do not split fees it will use WooCommerce as the Payment Processor and whatever Processor you have setup there will work. So it will not need paypal for that.
If you do use the split fee option to directly pay organizers then you have to use PayPal for now.
You also do not have to add fees to the tickets and could use a method to add a per order fee and that should be fine.
Does that answer your question?

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
It appears to be a css conflict with your theme, not sure why it is appearing now, but the only way to fix is with some custom css.
This css should get you close:
.single-tribe_events h2.tribe-events-single-event-title {
font-size: 2em;
}
.tribe-events-single .tribe-events-schedule h2 {
margin: 0;
font-size: 1em;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the the interest in our plugins.
Currently it only displays the title each day of a multi date event.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberThe ticket category was created for all tickets. I remember it being removed though from adding to all new tickets unless you added some coding to do it.
You could do a bulk edit on the ticket/products and a category that way for your coupons.

MemberHi Brandy,
All the pricing is on the individual product pages on theeventscalendar.com such as this for Pro:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
The price is for one year of updates and support. The plugin will continue to work after the year if you do not renew, but you will lost access to new versions and support.
And yes you can easily upgrade from the entry level to a higher level from your account. We have this guide for upgrades:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
So we do have an issue here with both 3.12.4 and 3.12.5
We are working on a fix, but if you downgrade to 3.12.3 that will resolve the issue until we can get a release.
You can download older version of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And follow these steps for manual updates:
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am able to replicate the issue and going to see about getting another on the support team to replicate as well then we can go from there to replicate.
Thanks Helen for bring it up as well. Also Helen, I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.
Thanks
Brian
MemberNo worries.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins I can help out here.
Each of our plugins are separate add ons so Pro only includes the features on the Pro Product page and not any features from any of the other add ons.
We are working on bundle pricing for people to purchase more then one add on at a discount, but I do not have a timeline when that might happen.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
