MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Community Tickets.
I can help out here.
Unfortunately, the payments accepted are currently just Paypal.
And that is mainly because of the split payment feature in Community Tickets.
Currently we only have per ticket fees and not per order fees.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Matt,
Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets I can help out here.
So on the Product page on our website and in the ticket editor in the event we have messages that tickets do not support recurring events.
By that we mean when you create a recurring series if you add tickets on creation it will show on all events, but the tickets are only tied to the first event.
If you need tickets for each event individually the only way is to create the recurring series and then edit each event individually.
If this is a must have feature I do not have a timeline when it will be included, but we do have a 30 day refund policy and refund you purchase.
Coupons
The coupons are all run through WooCommerce’s system. All our plugin does is create a special type of product called tickets.Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi MK,
Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.
To answer your question.
That is going to be on WordPress.org to translate those.

Search for these strings to translate.

MemberYou theme is in a directory of your site.
wp-content/themes/yourtheme/tribe-events/
I am asking if you have files in that directory above.
Please note I can try to help out, but theme compatibility is beyond the support we can provide so I may be able to give you some suggestions to help, but not solve all the issues.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I do not remember us every having those settings in the admin.
It was not something recently removed if we did have them.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here.
It looks like a theme might have some custom templates in it causing this.
Do you have any event templates here:
yourtheme/tribe-events/
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am not seeing an issue on my site.
What settings are you referring too?
It is not showing in the individual event editor?
Or is this somewhere else?
I am seeing tickets on a couple events so it appears the plugin is at least partially working.
Let me know about my questions and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.
It looks like a css conflict here.
I found this css help:
.tribe-events-tickets .woocommerce .quantity .qty {
width: 5.631em;
}
Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Looks like a theme css conflict causing this with a !important overriding the color.
I found this css fixed the button:
#tribe_events_filters_wrapper input[type="submit"] {
background: #666 !important;
}
#tribe_events_filters_wrapper input[type="submit"]:hover {
background: #21759b !important;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberSounds good.
Look for a release 3.12.6 to resolve the Date Icon issue as well.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help out here.
The plugins do not currently have Japanese translation, but it can be done without coding.
We have this guide for translating them:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for reporting this. I am seeing this as well.
It looks like we introduced a bug in the latest release.
We are looking into the issue now. I do not have a timeline yet on when it will be resolved.
You should be fine sticking with 3.12.3 for now.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
