MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
In your case you do not need Pro.
Event Tickets Plus will work just fine with The Events Calendars free version.
You would only need to buy Pro if you want Pro features.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for trying that out.
We have a developer working on the issue now.
We will update this ticket once we know more.
Brian
MemberOk glad it helps get it back up.
Look for a fix to this is 4.0.2, which will be out this week.
As for the Sales Report not showing all the transactions we are making progress on it, but do not have a fix yet to release.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk,
I am not able to reproduce this issue on my test site.
If the 404 Guide did not help can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
So it looks like there are some old templates in your theme causing the issue.
I would delete anything in the tribe-events directory of your theme and get new copies from the plugins in the /src/views/ directory.
I am not sure what customizations are there, but those would have to be updated into the newer templates.
We have this themer’s guide for editing templates that can help:

MemberThanks for the suggestion Mark!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. I can work with you to resolve this.
If you updated The Events Calendar to 4.0 and leave Community Events at 3.12.x or earlier it will break the site. If you cannot update Community Events for whatever reason you should remain on 3.12.6 for the Events Calendar and follow the steps below to set that up.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to access the files of you site and delete the older version of Community Events. This process itself does not delete or change any of your settings in the database.
This can be done by either your hosting account file manager or through ftp. The files will be found here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/
Please make sure to remove all copies of Community Events.
That will bring your site back and then you can download the latest version of Community Events (4.0) from your account here and manually upload it to your site.
We also have this guide for manual updates:
If you need your site right away with community events I recommended downgrading to the 3.12.x for all the plugins.
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And follow these steps for manual updates:
If you have issues please let me know and I can help out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help out here.
I added that snippet to my theme’s functions.php and it worked for me.
Are you able to check your php error log and see what it says?
Are you putting it at the end of the file? It should not be after a closing php tag though ?>
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Many times the issue is saving before a valid message is shown, so the key saves, but it is not saving that it is valid.
Can you please confirm you are following all these steps:
Visit License Tab
Enter License Key
You get a Green License Valid Message
After you get the message you are then clicking “Save Changes”
Then you get a “License key(s) updated.” message near the top of the page. Also you can can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use this guide for manual updates:
Let me know if it is not working after following those steps and we can do some troubleshooting steps next.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
We are working on fixing it for 4.0.2, which we hope to get out this week.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I can change the license over to Filter Bar if you like.
Please confirm you would like to do that.
It will give you a new license key for the Filter Bar and delete the Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin.
I noticed in the nav you have directly linked to that day of the day view.
In the WordPress menu change the link to this:
http://osaeyo.com/paeg/ticket/events/today/
To get the current day.
Cheers
Brian
