MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
If you have Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus Active and setup you are all set and can delete the older WooCommerce Tickets.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Nicki,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to do as you ask. It could be possible with customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
You might want to check out the The Events Calendar Category Colors:
That might get you closer to what you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It looks like you got an early version of the Events Calendar 4.0.5 causing this.
Please follow the steps here to remove and then add a fresh copy of 4.0.5 and that should fix it.
Get the latest TEC from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHI,
Yes you can go from that version to the latest in one step.

MemberOk I did some more research into this and it appears recurring events in the feed are using the dates in the first event so they look like duplicates.
These Events Duplicated for me from your feed:
Student lecture January 20th
Behaviour consultancy January 28th
Thinking Matters – behaviour for families February 4th
Behaviour management March 8thAre you seeing those duplicate as well? Are you seeing any others?
Let me know thanks.

MemberOk I came up with this snippet and tested it.
It worked for me to add the Ticket Category for all new tickets created:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/b599f873ec03f6592e01
Add that to your theme’s functions.php and it will do the rest.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I looked at your account in the Admin and I see a licenses for WooCommerce Tickets and Pro from your November Order and they are active.
Do you not see those on the front end?
What do you see instead?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin. I can help out here.
It is not possible to change the plugin files like that.
That only works for files in the views directory (event-tickets-plus/src/views/), which our the front end templates.
Instead that coding needs to be added through an action in your theme’s functions.php.
I do not have that hook off the top of my head, but can look it up on Monday and provide a snippet to do this I believe.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for that link. I have set it up in my site for testing.
What is the recurring settings you are using? Is is set to import every hour or something else?
Do you have it set to Pending, Published, or draft on import?
Do you have any custom snippets you have added for the events calendar?
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the late reply here. I can help get to the bottom of this.
What is the “Event Organizer” Role you used? Did you create it using another plugin?
Can you admin account see the tickets on the front end as well? Or just the backend.
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
