MemberWe are hoping to release a custom meta feature for the tickets plugins in one of the next major releases that enables you to collect more information per ticket.
For now we do not have a feature to do that.
Brian
MemberHi,
You can change that with a WordPress setting.
Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”
Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We are moving everyone over to Event Tickets Plus and have a new tutorial to move the ticket form:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/
We have this guide to moving to event tickets plus:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
However, EDD Tickets will continue to work as is for now.
Are you still using just that? If so that guide will not work, but let me know and I can provide another snippet.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We do not have a feature to combine the Map and Month Views.
It could be possible with a customization, but that would require advanced coding skills and beyond the support we can provide per our terms and conditions.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Edits should never be made to any plugin in the plugin directory as they will be overwritten on updates.
To safely add css or modify our templates please follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
That will show you how to move a template or create css file in your child theme to make changes there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there for this.
That way we can see the demand for a feature.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Ok it might be a conflict then.
Do you have any custom templates in your theme?
They would be located here:
yourtheme/tribe-events/
Also, can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
To modify the templates we have the themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
That shows you how to move and edit templates in your theme.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Do you have a link you can provide so I can see what is going on?
I can provide some css to try and target it that way then.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
To create a front end ticket management system where individual merchants/customers can manage their events requires the following plugins:
Event Tickets – https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/
Event Tickets Plus – https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Community Events – https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
Community Tickets -https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
Please review the new user primer for Community Tickets to see how all the features work:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We only have the Map view to display events and not by venues. It is beyond the support we can provide to help out on customizations and we do not have any resources to provide on a major customization such as this.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ is required for all our plugins including Pro.
So if you like to use Pro you just add it to your site.
The latest for Core is 4.0.5 and Pro’s latest is 4.0.4 and those along with the rest of our plugins are fully compatible with WordPress 4.4
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.
In Pro we have our shortcodes for the widgets:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
That is one way.
Or you can create a custom loop using tribe_get_events:
Then you could customize the output anyway you like.
Cheers
