Remove the organizer from the community add event

Hi there.
I wish to completely remove the organizer from the event submission form.
Right now i hid it with css, but i’m sure there is a better way to do it with functions.php
But I could find the right remove_action….
Can you help me with that?

Also I want to customize the form furthermore – like add description or title above the form.

Yes, This I know.
But I thought there was a better way of doing it with hooks through the function.php
so I don’t override the files…

It is safe to override the files in your child theme (or parent)

That is going to be the best way to go here.
