ParticipantHi, finelydesign. Thanks for contacting us about customizing the Event meta display.
It is a little tricky to manipulate. π Would you mind checking out this thread to see if that gets you pointed in the right direction: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/move-ticket-info-above-event-info/#post-58779
Please let us know how it goes!

ParticipantHi, artesans. I just wanted to check in and see how things are going. Have you had a chance to upgrade to the new release? π
Kelly
ParticipantHi, jaywhack. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with adding the HTML to your calendar. Other users have reported that it works, but may take some time: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adsense-abovebelow-the-calendar/
As far as troubleshooting goes, have you tried changing to another template? What about changing to one of the default WP themes? Is it possible that one of your other plugins is interfering?
Let me know after you do some more testing. π I look forward to getting to the bottom of this with you.

ParticipantHi, vbt. Assuming that your calendar is showing properly, odds are that you’ve got all the files.
That templates override page does provide a brief overview, but your best bet for a more complete explanation is the check out our Themer’s Guide for The Events Calendar, linked at right.
You’ll also want to be sure that you’re looking at the files directly, rather than through the WordPress Dashboard. That can sometimes hide files, too.
Please let us know how that goes! π

ParticipantHi, infofilm. I’m sorry to say that our latest release was launched with a bug that appears to be affecting you.
We’re working on a fix as I type. Other users have reported success by un-checking βInclude events in main blog loopβ in the Settings page of the Events Calendar. Would you mind trying that and letting us know if it works for you?
Thanks so much! π

ParticipantHi, Ben. The featured image displaying in the tooltip is part of the free version. As long as you have a featured image, that should appear on hover.
I’m guessing that it would be possible to create a customization where you had an image show up in the grid of the month view. Unfortunaetly, we don’t have the functionality implemented at present, so it would be up to you to create that. It sounds really cool, though! π

ParticipantHi, thunderbaysymphonyorchestra. That sounds really frustrating.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to recreate this behavior, so I’m wondering if there might still be something else active that is conflicting with our plugin.
Your best bet is to change your theme to Twenty Twelve or Twenty Thirteen and disable all plugins. Then, start by enabling only TEC. Assuming that works, activate PRO, and on from there.
Usually, that should be sufficient to identify the plugin that is causing the issue. Once you’ve got it identified, go ahead and let me know. If we have a workaround, I’m happy to share it with you. π
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantI’m so sorry to hear that, dmuuc. Best of luck to you getting things back online.
If you do have issues upgrading automatically, remember you can always download the files you need manually at https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/. π
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, PP. Please try using this snippet for the List View: http://pastebin.com/HeqmGugn
Let me know if takes care of what you need!
Kelly
ParticipantThank you, Anthony! π
In that case, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to start a new one if anything else comes up!
