ParticipantThat would be very sneaky on our part, but sadly, it’s just really badly labeled. Even I missed it at first, and I do this for a living! 🙂
I’m happy that we were able to get your issues taken care of. Is there anything else I can help you with, Anthony?
Kelly
ParticipantAwesome! Since we handle all the financial stuff via email, assuming it’s all right with you, I’m going to hand you off to them.
Please send a message to pro /a/ tri.be with a copy of your receipt and a link to this thread. They will be able to get you all set up.
Thanks!

ParticipantNo problem, Corey. Please let me know if that works for you.
If not, we’ll do our best to figure something else out.

ParticipantHi, Corey. Thanks for getting in touch about this customization.
Changing around those links is addressed in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-previous-next-events/#post-64712 Please take a look and let me know if that gives you what you need to move forward.
For more info on template overrides, your definitive resource is the Themer’s Guide, linked at right.

ParticipantSounds good, Corey. Please let us know either way. I can close this thread if you’re good for now.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, mwmoderntribe. Thanks for getting in touch about this feature.
Unfortunately, we can’t comment specifically on our timelines for planned additions to the product. Unique tickets are definitely a major priority for us, and as soon as we have completed and fully tested the implementation, it will be available in the WooCommerce Tickets add-on. 🙂
Thanks for your patience while we work on making your plugin even better! 😀

ParticipantHi, guys. Unfortunately, it looks like we shipped the latest release with a bug where is the “Include events in main blog loop” is checked in Settings, it breaks the static front page.
For now, please uncheck that box to fix your site. I’ll be back in touch when there’s a definitive fix.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, LeeMan. WooCommerce Tickets provides integration for selling tickets for events in TEC through the WooCommerce plugin from WooThemes: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
From what you’re saying, I think it sounds like it would be a great fit for you. Your best bet is to install WooCommerce and see what you think about it as a solution. It may be just the ticket!
Kelly
ParticipantExactly. That’s why we have it setup the way it is. Good luck as you pursue it!
Are there any other questions we can help you with?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Kevin. Thanks for reporting this.
I have been able to replicate it on our test site and kicked it back to our devs. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back with an updated snippet.
I really appreciate your patience while we get this resolved for you!

ParticipantThanks, pruneau!
Kelly
Participantjorgedp, would you mind sending me a link where I can see this behavior? I haven’t been able to replicate it.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantThanks, everyone, for letting us know that you’ve been hit by this, too. Upon further testing, it looks like we shipped with an issue in our Default Events Template.
Would you mind switching to the Default Page Template and letting me know if commenting is available then?
Thanks for your help!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Louis. Thanks for the link. That’s very helpful.
I’m wondering if this might be caused by changed to a recurring event, rather than the upgrade itself. Would you mind checking out this thread to see if it might resolve your issue?
modifying one recurring event only creates hundreds of copies
Please let me know what you find after testing. Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantThanks, Tara. We’ll be here when you’re ready.
