ParticipantI bought this plugin since it according to all information was what I was looking for.
No where did it state that I have to pay a fee / ticket on top of the Pay Pal fee.
I run a support site for a hockey team and we can afford to take those charges twice and not are my members willing to pay it.October 1, 2013 at 1:35 pm #68644Kelly
ParticipantHi, leeman. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the plugin. Is it that you did not understand that Eventbrite charged a fee? If so, would something like our WooCommerce Tickets plugin be a better fit for you?
As far as getting a refund goes, we take care of all refund requests through email. Please send a message to pro /a/ tri.be with a copy of your receipt and a link to this thread.

ParticipantI have to say that the information that it would cost more fees then the paypal one totally passed me.
We need a plugin that we can sell tickets and buss rides to events thru as cheep as possible and that preferably can handle cash payment option.
If your woo one does this I’m open to try it out.//LeeMan

ParticipantHi, LeeMan. WooCommerce Tickets provides integration for selling tickets for events in TEC through the WooCommerce plugin from WooThemes: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
From what you’re saying, I think it sounds like it would be a great fit for you. Your best bet is to install WooCommerce and see what you think about it as a solution. It may be just the ticket!
