Export an event to Outlook

I’m seeing conflicting messages on this one. I see documentation in the FAQ that says exporting to Outlook isn’t supported (which is very surprising) and some info in the Forum that says it’s possible? Any way I can make this happen?

Hi, Corey. I apologize that our documentation is confusing. That’s certainly not our intent.

At this point, we only have static downloads of the calendar views available, not feeds. For the downloads, we have .ics (which we call “iCal Import”) available from all views, and Google Calendar for single event view only. Outlook is able to import .ics files, so in that sense, you are able to export to Outlook.
