Change the order in the Event Description Page

I need to look at amending the order in which the single event page displays, ie my client wants the wooticket buy button to appear near the top right, not at the bottom, and the related products under the buy button etc, I have been playing around with CSS but its getting messy, where do I find the PHP file that deals with the displaying of the event description page or is there a simpler way to deal with this, then with some additional CSS amendments was hoping to be able to change the look and feel
