ParticipantHi, intraudio. That does indeed look odd.
I see that you say that you were able to test with only our plugins (+ WooCommerce) activated in a default theme like Twenty Eleven. Did you still see the same behavior?

ParticipantHi, orgspring. I’m glad that you were able to resolve your issue. Please be sure that you’re also updating to the latest versions of our plugins. We just launched a maintenance release a week ago that resolved many lingering bugs.
As far as integrations go, we plan to prioritize them after we have a handle on all the bugs in the TEC functionality. If there’s one you would like us to prioritize, your best bet is to post on the User Voice forum at https://tribe.uservoice.com/
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, michaelerbacher. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from magisterludi. We hope to hear back from him so that we can figure out the answer. 🙂
If you’d like us to help you troubleshoot anything, your best bet is to start a new thread. Thanks for asking!

ParticipantHi, Lars-Erik. Unfortunately, I am not able to follow the link you posted. Perhaps you have moved the page?
I do see a number of visual anomalies in the display of the plugin’s pages. Have you tried changing themes to default Twenty Twelve with all other plugins except for The Events Calendar, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Tickets deactivated? How do your pages show up then?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, tgodbold. Thanks for asking about this customization.
It definitely is possible to change this in some places, but others, e.g. the confirmation email from WooCommerce, are not really possible at the moment. 🙁 Since it wouldn’t be possible to be consistent, I’d say that you’re probably better off sticking with “Tickets” to avoid confusion.
I’m sorry that I don’t have better news for you. If there’s anything else that we can do to help support you, please let us know!

ParticipantHi, mike. I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve experienced higher than normal thread volume since the new release, but we are doing our best to keep to the 24-hour response time window.
I’m going to escalate your concern to one of the more dev-minded colleagues. He should be back in touch later today.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, mike. Since you’ve started another topic, we’ll respond to you over there. 🙂
Corymc, it sounds like you’ve got what you need, so I’ll be closing this thread now. 🙂 Please start a new topic if you have any further questions for us.

ParticipantFantastic news, Tom! Thanks for getting back to us so quickly.
Since you started this thread, and you’re all set, I’m going to close it now. Anyone else who would like further help troubleshooting, please start a new topic.

ParticipantHello, again! I’m sorry for the delayed response. You may have notice that in the interim, we launched a maintenance release of TEC and associated add-ons. Yes! 🙂
I wonder if you’d mind updating your plugins to the latest version and then confirming that the behavior still happens in default Twenty Twelve with all plugins except for TEC and ECP deactivated. Once we confirm that it’s hasn’t been resolved by this latest update, we can continue troubleshooting.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, morktron. I’m sorry to make you duplicate effort. Thanks for taking the time to try that for us. 🙂
I think at this point, perhaps the simplest thing would be for you to send us admin credentials for your backend in a private reply so that we could poke around and see if we can figure things out. Also, please confirm that we can do things like switching themes when we’re testing.
Thanks for your patience while we help you with troubleshooting!
Kelly
ParticipantMy pleasure, Ben. Sorry I didn’t have better news for you. Glad we could help you in the decision process!
