ParticipantHi there, I installed Event Calender PRO and Woo Ticket today. I also activated the licenses. While the Event Calender Pro works fine Woo Ticket does not work at all. There are no functions avaiable within the event configuration for example. And there is no metabox that appears lower on the page. I hope I dont miss any “enable” button, but I guess it is may be more tricky. Best wishes from Germany
I use the Woo Canvas Theme and the event calender alone works fine. Woo Commerce works fine as well.

ParticipantHi, magisterludi. Welcome to the Modern Tribe community!
I’m glad that you were able to get the Events Calendar installed with the PRO add-on. That means you’re on the right track, for sure. I’m also glad to see that you have the latest version of WooCommerce installed. Many users forget about that.
If you wouldn’t mind, I’d like to have you check out our Primer for WooCommerce Tickets:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/This will walk you through everything from initial installation to creating your first ticket.
I’ll leave open this thread, so if you get stuck along the way, just drop a note here and we’ll see what we can do to get you sorted out.

ParticipantHi Kelly, thank you for your welcome. I allready checked the Primer Step by Step. And I also looked at every help-video there. I can create a event ticket, no Problem. And I also see the recuring option of the Pro Version avaiable – BUT all the Options of the Ticket Plugin are missing. Thank you for you help. Best regards Alexander

ParticipantSorry for my English – to make it more clear. I can create an event in Event Calender Pro – BUT I am not able to create the ticket functions for the event as well. All the functions of the woo ticket plugin a missing. Best wishes from Germany

ParticipantNo problem, Alexander. You English is excellent, and certainly much better than my German!
I’m still a little confused by your description. Would it be possible for you to post some screenshots of your event creation page, especially the Tickets section. That will probably help me get a better idea of where you’re at with the installation process.
Thanks!

ParticipantI have a similar problem.
WooCommerce tickets is not working and there is a message at the top that says “To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce.” but the latest Version (2.0.14) is installed.
Wootickets (Version 3.0.2) is installed but there was no prompt for the licence key nor are there any menus at all.
Oh and wordpress is the latest version 3.6.1

ParticipantHi, semacore. Thanks so much for the screenshot.
It looks like you have hit a known bug. Unfortunately, that error message you’re seeing is not very helpful. What it’s trying to say is that you have yet to install the free version of The Events Calendar.
Please give that a try and let me know if that does the trick.

ParticipantThanks Kelly,
Is there a way where I can just display the one event with no other navigation? We are just using the plugin for the one event.

Participantalso I could have sworn I read something about early bird discount capability in the docs… can’t find it though.

ParticipantHi, semacore. It sounds like you were able to get TEC installed, so I’m glad that’s taken care of.
You’re encouraged to modify any of the templates we use. Please see the Themer’s Guide linked in the right sidebar for complete information about that.
As far as discounts go, that would be something you’d take care of in the WooCommerce Coupons configuration. If you would like help with that, the WooCommerce Ninjas would be the authoritative source.
Also, if you’d like to pursue your issues further, please start a new topic. I am eager to help you get up and running, and I also need to ensure that magisterludi who started this thread doesn’t get lost along the way.
Thanks!

Participantok… one of the things you may want to check into is that the default template has a very narrow information column which causes the text to wrap. Does the pro version have better formatting options?

ParticipantHi, semacore. I’m not sure if you saw in my reply above, but we really need you to start a new thread if you would like further support. Otherwise, magisterludi’s issue might get lost in the shuffle.
Thanks for your understanding!

ParticipantHi Kelly was the issue with magisterludi completed?
I was hoping to hear the end of the story. As I am wanting to update woo tickets and woo commerce, and have woo calender installed and woo calender pro as well and looking to avoid further issues. -
