ParticipantOne more thing, tommyacquario: in digging into the forums a little further, we found this thread that may also shed some light other options: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/is-there-a-way-to-automatically-set-tickets-to-completed-vs-processing/
Please remember that it was posted for an older version of the plugin, so you’ll want to test thoroughly before implementing in production! π

ParticipantHi, metastate. Thanks so much for your helpful reply! π
tommyacquario, it sounds like the plugin that metastate recommended to you, WooCommerce Autocomplete Order, may well do the trick. Please give it a whirl and let us know. π

ParticipantOne more thing: I’ve put together a tutorial on this since it may prove helpful to others: https://theeventscalendar.com/removing-the-ical-import-button-from-month-and-list-views-in-pro/
You can check your code there in case anything seems amiss. π

ParticipantHi, pruneau. Hope the reaction to your site so far has been positive. π
Here’s a snippet that will hide the iCal link from Venues and Organizers:Β http://pastebin.com/yTev5xdt
Please confirm that I does the job after you’ve had time to test.
Thanks! π

ParticipantHi, kardiadesignstudio. We’ve got our developer standing by. π If you’re still interested in pursuing this, please post where we can download your theme’s files, and we’ll get right on it.
If you’re no longer interested in troubleshooting, just let us know. Since it’s been over a month since we last heard from you, I’ll plan to close this thread in a few days if we don’t get a response.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, antoniahayes. As I mentioned a while back in the other thread you are participating in, I heard back from our developers and to dig further weβll need to ask you to send us a copy of your Themeβs files.
Assuming youβre OK with that, please send a private reply to this thread with a link where we can download them. Once thatβs complete, weβll crack the hood and see if we can figure out whatβs making mischief. π
If you’re no longer pursuing this issue, just let us know. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, laurindavis. Sorry we weren’t here to help over the weekend, but well done getting your site back up and running! π
Since it sounds like you’re set for now, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to open a new one if anything else comes up!

ParticipantHi, zachgraeve. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue.
Please check out this page where we explain how to add a snippet to your site that should fix this behavior: https://theeventscalendar.com/stop-tooltip-from-obscuring-event-title/
Let us know if that does the trick!

ParticipantHi, Mike. Thanks for asking about this customization.
Please check out this thread where we’ve addressed your issue previously and let us know if it works for you. π
How I decrease the size of my calendar in my sidebar (Widget)?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, apkoponen. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the plugin.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to view your site. Would you mind posting a screenshot of what you’re seeing or otherwise allowing us access to the site?
Also, please confirm that you have followed the initial troubleshooting steps of disabling all other plugins and reverting to a default WP theme.
Thanks! π
Kelly
ParticipantThank you, Catherine! π
Since it sounds like you’re set for now, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to start a new topic if we can assist you further.

ParticipantHi, intraudio. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! π
Since your setup works in Twenty Eleven, I’m guessing there is something the theme-side causing the lack of integration. Would it be possible for you to see if the theme author has any suggestions on why their theme wouldn’t be registering our events properly? π If its something we’re doing wrong, we’d really appreciate hearing about it so that we can get it fixed.
Let me know if that works for you, and I’ll get things set up on our side so that we can take a look when you get back to us with the theme author’s feedback.

ParticipantNo problem, orgspring.
cforge and metrosonic, since you appear to have moved on, I’m going to close this thread. Please start a new discussion if anything else comes up! π

ParticipantHi, kizzinkwocha. If you’re able to successfully use them on a test site, is it possible that there’s some server side caching that’s going on in your production site that’s throwing things off?
So I can get a better idea of your environment, it would be helpful if you would post the output of the System Information area at the bottom of the help page in the Events Calendar Settings. Hopefully that will shed some light on the situation.
sapapaya01, since the root of your issue may be different for the initial poster’s, we’d appreciate it if you would start a new topic for troubleshooting. Someone will then be able to work through the necessary steps to get your issue resolved. π Thanks!
October 7, 2013 at 9:15 am in reply to: Show events as regular post in category listing page. #69631Kelly
ParticipantHi, jasonslomack. Thanks for clarifying.
Basically, The Events Calendar is bundled with its own event categories. That is how our product is intended to work. π
If you would to take the plugin in another direction, that’s awesome! Unfortunately, we are able to offer very limited support for such customizations.
Your best bet is check out our docs at http://docs.tri.be/. You’ll find our plugin documented with a fair amount of granularity there. Our Themer’s Guide, linked in the right sidebar, could also prove useful. You’re also welcome to browse the forum, which I’m sure will have some useful insight if you dig deep enough.
I’m sorry I can’t be of more help on this one. Good luck in your development! π
