WooTickets not displaying correct ticket quantity.

Hi there,

I just purchased WooTickets and The Events Calendar Pro plugins today. So far it’s been pretty great, but I’ve ran into a pretty major issue. For some reason when I add tickets to a cart, it won’t display the correct quantity. It’s just displaying “1”. I’m using Bazar Shop theme.

I’ve placed a link below to show an example of the issue. This was based on adding 3 tickets to cart at $10 each. The two things I’m noticing are that the event isn’t showing the proper quantity added to cart, and you can’t change quantity amount in cart like you can with “regular” products.

Hi, intraudio. That does indeed look odd.

I see that you say that you were able to test with only our plugins (+ WooCommerce) activated in a default theme like Twenty Eleven. Did you still see the same behavior?

I did try it on the Twenty Eleven theme and it did work properly (in both aspects mentioned above). I’m just trying my best to get it working with my current theme.

Since your setup works in Twenty Eleven, I’m guessing there is something the theme-side causing the lack of integration. Would it be possible for you to see if the theme author has any suggestions on why their theme wouldn’t be registering our events properly? 🙂 If its something we’re doing wrong, we’d really appreciate hearing about it so that we can get it fixed.

Let me know if that works for you, and I’ll get things set up on our side so that we can take a look when you get back to us with the theme author’s feedback.
