ParticipantI’m sorry to hear that, thunderbaysymphonyorchestra. In case you’d like to continue working on the integration, I’d like to share some insight with you. 🙂
Sometimes the problem you described can happen when a script from another plugin or theme interferes with our own admin pages. Could you, perhaps, ask the author if that might be the case and, if so, perhaps request that they only enqueue their resources on their own admin pages?
That might be all it takes to get them to play well together!

ParticipantHi, chrisnewell4444. I’m sorry that you’re having issues with importing events.
I know it’s a pain, but would you mind telling me about the User Key that you’re using in your user profile? Is it all digits? How many characters are there?
Are you sure that the user creating the import is the user with the key in his or her profile? (Each user needs to have a valid key in his or her profile.)
It would also be helpful to see screenshot(s) of the error you’re getting.
As far as I know, the URL for the wordpress site shouldn’t be an issue.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Tara. You are totally welcome to tweak our plugin and its templates to your heart’s content. Let me share with you the documentation you’ll need to get that done. 🙂
First, it’s worth checking out our Themer’s Guide, linked in the right sidebar. That should give you a basic grounding in what files are available and where. 🙂 Then, we have our technical documentation at http://docs.tri.be. That will give you more granular technical documentation on the innards of the plugin.
While we’re not setup to create customizations for individual clients, we do maintain a list of freelancers that we can vouch for. 🙂 Let us know, and we’d be happy to give you suggestions.
Sorry that we can’t be of more direct help with this. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do!

ParticipantHi, Lars-Erik. It looks like your theme is overriding our formatting.
Please set up a custom tribe-events.css, if you haven’t already, and drop this snippet into it:
That should do the trick!
If you need help with template override, please check out our tutorial on that: https://theeventscalendar.com/what-are-template-overrides-and-how-do-i-do-them/ You can also check out our Themer’s Guide, linked in the right sidebar.

ParticipantHi, Tara. I think I understand. You’re saying that in the List View, you’d like to use the body of the event content rather than the WP generated excerpt + Featured image.
To do this, you’ll need to set up a template override for the list view. (Please see the Themer’s Guide, linked in the right sidebar, on how to set that up.) Then, in the views/list/single-event.php file, you’ll want to change
to.It’s also worth noting that this should ideally be placed in your child theme so that it doesn’t get overwritten after a theme update. More information on how to create one is available in this great Codex article.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThat’s great to hear that you were able to create a solution that’s working, even if it’s suboptimal. Thanks for letting us know, Shaun!
Since it sounds like you’re set for now, I’m going to close this thread. Please start a new discussion if anything else comes up! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Lars-Erik. I do see the box. Here’s a screenshot: http://d.pr/i/C32
I’m confused because on other pages, it does not appear: http://d.pr/i/mj2h
Can you explain where that text (“Provar ett nytt system bara.”) comes from? Otherwise, since other events look fine, I’d have to say you should just try recreating the event. 🙂

ParticipantHi, tkbmtl. Thanks for getting in touch about your customization.
Since the PayPal piece of the order is handled through the WooCommerce plugin, their Ninjas would be the experts on this. If they have any questions for us, feel free to post them here and we’ll get you an answer as soon as possible.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, fravaro. Thanks for getting in touch about your customization.
For information on how to override the default templates for WooCommerce Tickets and The Events Calendar, your best bet is the Themer’s Guide, linked in the right sidebar. The files relating to sending tickets are tickets.php and email.php.
For complete documentation on the plugins themselves, please check out our Technical Documentation, linked at right.
Please also remember that WooCommerce Tickets is basically an add-on that provides integration between TEC and WooCommerce. If you need things on the WooCommerce side customized, your best resource would be the WooCommerce Ninjas.

ParticipantI’m sorry that we don’t have better news for you, Shaun. 🙁 Is there anything else we can do to help?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Michael. Thanks for getting in touch.
The way to set up a new ticket is within the event editing page. Once the ticket has been created, you can configure it through the WooCommerce products page.
Please give it a shot and let me know if that works for you! 🙂
