ParticipantHi, pknvelp. This is a great question!
It appears we’ve had a report about this before, but we never heard if it was resolved. Would you mind trying out the steps Barry outlined here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/pro-license-key-doesnt-stick-automatic-update-not-available/#post-71146
Please let me know if that helps! 🙂

ParticipantFantastic! Thanks for letting me know, Ali, and also for making it so easy to troubleshoot.
Since you’re set here, I’m going to close this thread. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if anything else comes up during setup. 🙂

ParticipantHi, Chris. This is a great question.
First, it would be very helpful to know the version numbers of the plugins you have installed, particularly The Events Calendar, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Tickets. Second, would you mind telling me if you’ve had a chance to go through our WooCommerce Tickets new user primer (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/) ? If so, at what point did it break down for you?
If you haven’t had time, please take a few minutes and follow the walk through. Usually that gets people sorted out.
Lastly, if the issue is that you are making tickets, but they don’t show up in the event pages on the frontend, please check to make sure that the ticket sales start date is in the past.
Thanks so much!

ParticipantHi, moneytalks. This a great question!
Thank you very much for giving me everything I could possibly hope for to use in troubleshooting. 🙂 That sure speeds up the process!
I checked out the ticket info for Event #1 and the ticket sales start date was set for mid-December. When I changed the start date to yesterday, the ticket box appeared on the event.
Would you like to give that a try for your other tickets and let me know how it goes?

ParticipantHi, jussibr. I’m afraid I don’t understand your question. Perhaps it would help if I tried to explain a little more.
Events that are created in TEC are always displayed until you delete them.
We will be rolling out a feature where you can manage the display of recurring events (how many months in the past/future to display), but that is not in the current release, and I don’t think that really is what you’re asking about.
For now, making a feature request and looking for a third-party plugin are your best bets for this sort of functionality.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, Fiona. Thanks for your helpful reply.
It sounds like the mismatched versions is the likely culprit. Please go to the WP Plugin Repo and download the latest version: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Hopefully, that gets you back in business!

ParticipantWell done sleuthing out the mystery, aurelio! Thanks for letting us know it’s resolved. 🙂

ParticipantHi, Jay. Great question!
Did you have a chance to try the snippet that I posted above (https://theeventscalendar.com/fix-for-incorrect-dateday-combos-in-month-view/)? That should get you back in business.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, renegadeartglass. This is a great question!
First, would you mind confirming that you tried deactivating all your other plugins and reverting to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve? Did the behavior change?
Also, it would be very helpful if you would post your System Information, a detailed specification of what’s running on your site for our troubleshooting purposes. To find it, click on “Events” in the left sidebar of the Admin interface. In the subheadings under “Events”, you should now see “Help”. Click on that, and scroll to the bottom of the page that is takes you to. There, you’ll see a box with a black background. Please copy all of the text there using ctrl-a (Windows) or cmd-a (Mac), and paste it in a reply to this thread.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Fiona. This is a great question!
Can you please confirm that that you have version 3.1 of both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets? A version conflict is usually at the heart of something like that.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Christopher. Thanks for getting in touch. Would you mind opening a new thread? Then we can help you troubleshoot your issue.
For now, I’m going to close this thread. Thanks everyone for getting in touch! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Gordon. That’s a great question!
You’ll need to override the single-event.php in the views directory with the code from Barry’s post. Please check out the Themer’s Guide, linked at right for more info on overrides. That should get you on the right track.
Let us know how that works!

ParticipantHi, monkeeboy. I understand your eagerness.
As far as the release goes, I’m unable to comment on specific dates because we want to make allowances in case something comes up in testing. What I can tell you is that, while it won’t be today, it will be very, very soon.
Sorry to be vague, but I hope that helps a little bit!

ParticipantNo problem, Jonathan. The link returns to the post in this thread where I linked to the code you need to put in your theme’s functions.php. We’d feel much more comfortable with you putting it in there. Based on our tests, we’re confident that it will resolve your issue.
Thanks!
