WooTicket not showing up on the events page

Hi Kelly,

First off, excellent work with the plugins. Love them all.

I am having issues with the WooTicket system though.
Pretty basic setup: WP 2013 theme and pretty much no plugins installed other than ones offered by tri.be.

But the wooTickets doesn’t show up on the event page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I forgot to mention, that I have tried using the plugin with a fresh copy of Twenty Eleven theme and the problem still persists.

The event shows up but the ticket doesn’t.

I have setup wooticket following the steps shown here:

When I try to set up an event from the front end side, it doesn’t provide me with the option to set up a ticket. I can only set up tickets from the backend.

Hi, moneytalks. This a great question!

Thank you very much for giving me everything I could possibly hope for to use in troubleshooting. 🙂 That sure speeds up the process!

I checked out the ticket info for Event #1 and the ticket sales start date was set for mid-December. When I changed the start date to yesterday, the ticket box appeared on the event.

Would you like to give that a try for your other tickets and let me know how it goes?
