Eventbrite ticket panel not showing on Event Calendar Page

I\’ve set up this event:

and it\’s not showing the tickets – which are showing here:
https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/event/9130622939?ref=ebapi
Why is that?
I\’ve checked other posts on here and first thing I did was check my eventbrite API key is there.

I am getting a note that:
\”Your version of The Events Calendar is not up-to-date with one of your The Events Calendar add-ons. Please update now.\”
but when I go to plug in it says event calendar and event calendar:eventbrite are all up todate….weird right?

Can you please confirm that that you have version 3.1 of both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets? A version conflict is usually at the heart of something like that.

The Events Calendar – Version 2.0.10
The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets – Version 3.1
It usually shows me when there’s an update – and I just install the newer version. There’s usually an ‘update plugin’ link when there’s an update. There isn’t one showing for ‘The Events Calendar’.

It sounds like the mismatched versions is the likely culprit. Please go to the WP Plugin Repo and download the latest version: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
