ParticipantHi, Lindsay. I definitely hear you there! π We are working on a solution to allow users to choose whether or not their updates are passed to Eventbrite.
Please hang in there. We hope to have something in place very soon. π

ParticipantThanks so much for your help, Tammy! That’s fantastic! π
Dave, were you able to get that in place for you? Hopefully, it did the trick!

ParticipantHi, rene. Have you had a chance to get in touch with WooCommerce? Since it’s their plugin that’s at the heart of the issue, I’m not really in a place to offer you expert guidance on how to resolve you issue.
Please get in touch with the Ninjas at WooThemes. If they have any questions for us, we’re more than happy to ge tyou the answers they need to get you back in business! π

ParticipantHi, Heather. Would you mind trying one of those? I know that Eventbrite has been silently changing their API on us lately, and I’m concerned that that’s at the heart of the issue.
I’m sorry this is taking so long to resolve. Thanks for your patience while we get to the bottom of this!

ParticipantHi, alexhammerstein. Thanks for the reply. I had an emergency come up today which has delayed my reply, but I’ll get back to you tomorrow.
I really appreciate your patience! π

ParticipantHi, bpr. It sounds like going back to your theme vendor and troubleshooting the issues with WooCommerce are good first bets.
Please let us know how you do working through that!

ParticipantHi, Frank! It turns out I may have a solution for you, after all! π
It turns out that there are filters set up to allow you to tweak this through your theme’s functions.php file. Please check out the following snippet:Β http://pastebin.com/AmdCGTcv
You’ll probably want to make a child theme if you haven’t set one up already to ensure you can update your theme later without losing your customization.
In addition, to make the “h” for “uhr” lowercase, you’ll want to create a custom CSS stylesheet to prevent the uppercase transform going into effect. First, create a new directory in your child theme’s folder atΒ tribe-events/pro/. Then, create a file in it called tribe-events-pro.css. Paste this inside it:
.tribe-week-grid-hours div { text-transform: none; }For complete details on setting up the CSS override, check out the relevant section of our Themer’s Guide. That should be all that you need! π

ParticipantHi, umeworks. That sounds really frustrating!
First, have you tried changing your theme to a default one like Twenty Twelve and deactivating other plugins first? If so, did that make any difference?
Second, that great that you tried activating the three plugin in different orders. (We usually recommend that you make sure that The Events Calendar and WooCommerce are both installed and activated before attempting to activate WooCommerce Tickets.) Was there a particular plugin that always made the site go blank on activating or was it always after the third one (regardless of which one that was)?

ParticipantHi, cgrandval. Great question! π
This is often caused by ticket sales not having started yet. Would you mind checking to see if your ticket sales start date is a date that has already passed? Hopefully, that will get you in business!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brent. Thanks for the detailed explanation. That’s super helpful! π
There are some known issues between our plugin and 2014. I apologize for that.
What theme is it that you’re using ? Would it be possible for you to share a copy of your theme with us for testing? That may be the easiest solution.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Lindsay. Thanks for explaining that to me.
I’m not sure that we have a filter that is configurable for that, but I will check in with our dev team and get back to you.
For now, your best bet is to update your event on Eventbrite to remove the image manually after updating it in TEC. I know that’s not a great solution, but at least it should get you back in business for now.
Thanks for your patience and have a great weekend! π
