ParticipantThat’s great news, George! π Thanks so much for letting us know.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:
http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5Thanks in advance. π
My apologies, gowings, but I didn’t see your post until just now. We do our best to limit threads to one issue at a time. Would you mind posting a new topic so that we could better assist you?

ParticipantHi, bpr. Thanks for the example! π That’s super helpful for our troubleshooting.
It looks like there may be an issue with a conflict between our plugin and your theme or another plugin. Have you had a chance to test with all other plugins deactivated and a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, urbanexcursions. Great question! π
I’m afraid I’m not familiar with the duplicate function that you’re using to create these additional events. Is that part of another plugin? Perhaps if you’re able to explain that part to me, I’ll be better able to help you find a solution.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, lvnilesh. Thanks for taking the time to walk me through the steps you’re taking. That’s very helpful!
If that’s the case it does sound like it bears more testing on our end. Let me shoot this over to our dev team and see if they can see if there’s something that we can locate on our side that would be the culprit.
Thank you for your patience! π

ParticipantHi, Heather. Thanks for the examples.
I notice that both of them are for events with multiple dates on Eventbrite. Do events that have only one date available work normally on your site?
February 28, 2014 at 8:42 am in reply to: Can Wooticket work with Woocommerce PreOder ? Preoder an Event?? #110846Kelly
ParticipantHi, luansworld. Thanks for your patience! π
I was able to get my hands on a copy of WooCommerce Pre-Orders, thanks to the fine folks at WooThemes. In my testing everything seems to work great.
The one big caveat is that you will have to alert the user on the event page to the fact that the initial “purchase” is only a pre-order until the ticket becomes “available”. Otherwise, there is no indication until you go through the checkout process that the sale is a pre-order.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, bpr. Great question! π
We’d be happy to help troubleshoot. Would you mind telling us a little more about what happened? Is there a particular ticket that isn’t working properly? If you send us a link to the event in question, we’re eager to test it out for you.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, virtualvenice. Great question! π
For testing purposes, you should be fine not entering your key into either site. Once you’ve made your choice, then go ahead and enter the license key.
Thanks for asking!
Kelly
ParticipantSorry, I hadn’t seen your reply before posting. Please give my snippet a go, and let me know if that resolves it for you. Thanks! π
Kelly
ParticipantWell, you caught us at the right moment, dancepapi. π Please add this snippet to a new file in your theme’s directory calledΒ tribe-events/pro/tribe-events-pro.css. (That may mean creating two new directories, if you have made any PRO overrides yet.)
.tribe-events-venue address.venue-address span.street-address { display: inline; }If you need detailed instructions on how to override the stylesheet, please check out the relevant section of our Themer’s Guide.
Hopefully, that will do the trick! π

ParticipantHi, dancepapi. Great question! π
I’ve been able to reproduce this on our side, so it may be that this is our problem. Let me check in with our developer team and get back to you about a fix.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention! π

ParticipantHi, theartistikpalette. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues getting the plugin activated. Let’s see if we can get you back in business. π
First, please backup your site and your site’s database before proceeding! π If anything goes funny, you’ll want to know that you can easily get back to where you were when you started.
Once that’s done, I would recommend removing theΒ wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/ folder from your server, and then re-adding the plugin using the .zip file in the Add Plugin interface in the admin area of your site. It might also be worth doing the same thing with the “the-events-calendar” folder.
Hopefully, a clean install will make everything work properly!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, dancepapi. Great question! π
I’m sorry to hear that your developer sees this as a bug. This is a very intentional design decision on our part. We wanted to have some unified way to group events along with the other content on your blog.
It sounds like the issue would be resolved if you modified the tag templates in your theme. Is that going to be an issue for you? If so, would using categories, rather than tags, be a solution?
