Hi, Heather! Eventbrite did a silent update to their API at the end of last month that broke the iFrame, but it should be fixed in the latest version. Would you mind updating all your Modern Tribe plugins and checking again?

Thanks! 🙂

[blackswantemple]

it’s still not working 🙁

[Kelly]

I’m really sorry to hear that, Heather. Would you mind sending me links to an example of an event with tickets (both on Eventbrite and your site)?

I’m sure we can get to the bottom of this.

Hi, Heather. Thanks for the examples.

I notice that both of them are for events with multiple dates on Eventbrite. Do events that have only one date available work normally on your site?

I don’t have and one off events scheduled at this time!

Hi, Heather. Would you mind trying one of those? I know that Eventbrite has been silently changing their API on us lately, and I’m concerned that that’s at the heart of the issue.

I’m sorry this is taking so long to resolve. Thanks for your patience while we get to the bottom of this!

Hi, Heather. Since it’s been a couple of weeks, I’m going to close out this thread. Please do start a new topic if there’s anything else we can do to help. We’re very eager to get you back in business!

Thanks for beings a TEC user! 🙂
