ParticipantHi,
just bought Wootickets, and made a test and it was ok!…
But the second test was wrong.
Can’t proceed to checkout.February 28, 2014 at 8:21 am #110825Kelly
ParticipantHi, bpr. Great question! 🙂
We’d be happy to help troubleshoot. Would you mind telling us a little more about what happened? Is there a particular ticket that isn’t working properly? If you send us a link to the event in question, we’re eager to test it out for you.
Thanks!

(is the only one that has the cart, since i was just testing it)
thanksFebruary 28, 2014 at 5:19 pm #110997Kelly
ParticipantHi, bpr. Thanks for the example! 🙂 That’s super helpful for our troubleshooting.
It looks like there may be an issue with a conflict between our plugin and your theme or another plugin. Have you had a chance to test with all other plugins deactivated and a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve?

ParticipantHi, Kelly.
Right… Changing theme to Twenty Twelve it is resolved… but what to do now? i inverted time and money customizing the site with Dante Theme by Swift Themes. How can we resolve the conflict?March 1, 2014 at 1:07 am #111063bpr
ParticipantHi, Kelly,
i don’t know if thas has something to do here, but i received that notice on my dashboard:
“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”
And on the System Status there’s only an alert for:
“product-attributes.php version 2.0.8 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.3, ”
I posted it in case it’s usefull to resolve that conflict.March 1, 2014 at 1:58 am #111065bpr
ParticipantWell, meanwhile i’m asking too to Swift Ideas (Dante Theme)

ParticipantHi, bpr. It sounds like going back to your theme vendor and troubleshooting the issues with WooCommerce are good first bets.
Please let us know how you do working through that!
