    Hi, Brent. I made some time to get to this tonight–I didn’t want you to have to wait any longer.

    It was super helpful to be able to dig into your theme. Based on what we see here, itΒ is going to be incompatible with a lot of plugins, not just ours. The basic issue is that the theme overrides the universal jQuery Datepicker with lots of its own settings.

    At this point, your best bet is to get in touch with the theme’s author since he or she are going outside of accepted best practices. Ideally, they could rework the theme’s datepicker class to be compatible with other plugins.

    If they have any questions for us, we’re more than happy to answer them. We really want to do our best to take care of you and help you get your site running as it should be! πŸ™‚

    Hi, again, Lindsay. I just wanted to follow-up with you because it looks like this is not going to make it into our next version. Because of that, I wanted to offer you another workaround.

    At this point, the best suggestion that we can offer is for you to break the association between the event on TEC and Eventbrite (using the radio button on the Edit Event page in WP and, then, add the ticket box iFrame to the TEC event description.

    I know that’s a really kludgy fix, but do you think that could work for you until we get something more polished out the door?

    Hi, rene. I’m afraid that I don’t understand how WooThemes isn’t able to help. Isn’t the error code you’re getting happening as part of their checkout process? Is there a support thread that you could share a screenshot of?

    We’re very eager to help you out get your site running, but I don’t see how this could be an issue with our plugin.

    Hi, alexhammerstein. I definitely see what you’re talking about. I’m going to raise this issue with some of my teammates to see if we can figure out what’s going on.

    In the meantime, I just realized that although you responded about deactivating other plugins, I’m not sure whether or not this behavior still happens with a default theme like Twenty Twelve activated. Did you have a chance to test that way?

    Right now, there isn’t an appropriate filter for the data being sent. To make this happen we’re having to add some functionality to the plugin, but it looks like we’ll have a solution for you once the next version of the plugin is released!

    These are all totally valid concerns, and you’re not the first user to express frustration with these. Thank you for the time to give us all this feedback.

    We are currently working on a way for users to selectively choose when updates are pushed to Eventbrite, but it’s not something that’s possible in the plugin as it stands. At this point, the best suggestion that we can offer is for you to break the association between the event on TEC and Eventbrite and, then, add the ticket box iFrame to the TEC event description.

    Hi, theartistikpalette. I really apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Normally, we do our best to stick to a 24-hour (weekdays) turnaround time for support responses. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency come up very early this morning, and I’m only just now responding to things that came in Friday afternoon.

    It sounds like things may have gotten corrupted with your site somewhere in the process of trying to install the plugin. Do you have a backup that you could revert to so that you could go to a known good state? That would probably be the most efficient use of your time.

    If that’s not possible, let me know. While we do our support exclusively through this forum, we can try to find resources that will walk you through the steps that will allow you to help yourself work through this and ultimately put you in a better place to know how to keep your site running smoothly.

    Unfortunately, we handle our support, so there’s not really a way for me to email you outside of the one associated with your user account. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    The best way to get us the theme would be to put it somewhere we can download it and then share the URL with us in a private message here. Do you think that could work for you?

    Hi, urbanexcursions. It sounds like you’re trying to set up tickets for a recurring event. This is not really the same thing as duplication, and it’s not a solution that will work in this instance.

    Unfortunately, recurring events are not supported by any of our ticketing plugins at present. Instead, I would recommend that you set up multiple events using a CSV-formatted spreadsheet and then import them all to your calendar. (For complete details on using our CSV Importer tool, please check out this handy tutorial.) Once the events have been added, you’ll be able to set up the tickets for each one. Since the inventory is managed separately for each ticket for each event, you’ll need to set them up one by one.

    Hopefully, that’ll get you back in business with as little hassle as possible. πŸ™‚

    Hi, roosites. Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like we didn’t do a good job of communicating the features of the plugin, and I really apologize for that.

    The plugin is continually evolving, and there are many features that would be awesome to have as part of it. Unfortunately, we only have time to implement so many, and honestly, I haven’t heard much call from the user community for print support or a different way to view simultaneous events in week view (even though it makes sense to me why those are things you’d expect to find in the plugin).

    Obviously, we’ve failed you here, and we’d like to make sure this doesn’t happen for other users like you. Is there something beyond what we do now with the product page, new user primer, and demo site that we could have done that would have better set your expectations?
