ParticipantHi, pknvelp. I definitely see what you’re referring to.
Did you have a chance to test with all plugins disabled except for TEC and Pro on a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwelve? If so, did the behavior persist?
Kelly
ParticipantThanks for the tip, echristoperj! 🙂
pknvelp, did that resolve the issue for you?

ParticipantHi, letskickass. Great question! 🙂 We’re happy to help.
I took a look at your site, and I couldn’t see what you’re describing. Would you mind sending a screenshot (using a service like droplr.com if you don’t have another preferred method)?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantUnfortunately, the login does not have administrative rights. Until you grant me full access, I’m not able to see what you’re seeing.
Please let me know when you have granted admin access to that login, and I’ll check it out. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Erin. I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve been chasing down several leads, but none of them seems quite right for your case.
Would you mind granting us access to the admin side of your site? At this point, that may be the only way for us to get to the bottom of it.
If you could post the login credentials in a private reply here, that would be ideal. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, wmglennosborne. That’s my mistake then. I was thinking that you had used the snippet in the post marked “Answer”. Since you haven’t, please try adding this one:

Hopefully, that will do the trick! 🙂

ParticipantUpon further reflection, thelighthouse50, it occurs to me that there might be a simple explanation for what you’re seeing. 🙂
It would appear that your use of an iframe is essentially stopping the cart processes for security reasons – if you can establish the site in a domain of its own without using an iframe that will probably remedy this.
Please let us know how it goes!

ParticipantFantastic! We appreciate you letting us know, Aaron. 🙂
By the way if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here :

ParticipantHi, Jeff. Thanks for your response.
I’ve put in a request to our dev team to see if they have a recommendation. As soon as I hear back from them, I’ll pass it along to you! 🙂

ParticipantHi, thelighthouse50. I definitely understand your concern.
Unfortunately, WooCommerce has elected to only provide support to those who pay for one of their WooCommerce themes/extensions. This means that while you have bought Tribe’s WooCommerce Tickets, you will be unable to access their support without buying one of their premium support plans, extensions or themes.
Since your issue is a WooCommerce one, not related to WooCommerce Tickets, we’re not the experts on this matter. I wish we could help you troubleshoot more!
As a side note, if you want free support on a free plugin, you might consider using Easy Digital Downloads and the soon-to-be-released EDD Tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/easy-digital-downloads-tickets-a-preview/
If there’s anything else that I can help you with, please let us know! 🙂

ParticipantHi, thelighthouse50. Great question! 🙂
It sounds to me like the issue is cropping up during the checkout process, correct? If so, your best bet is to get in touch with the Ninjas at WooThemes as they are the expert on all things WooCommerce.
Please let us know how it goes! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantHi, zandooli. Thanks so much for your link.
When I go to the site I see the ticket box (http://d.pr/i/BzA9) and I am able to add a ticket to the cart (http://d.pr/i/UDXC). The checkout seems to work fine, too: http://d.pr/i/Uvzw.
Is it possible that one of the changes you made while troubleshooting fixed it? 🙂 Please let me know if you see the same behavior.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brendan. Thanks so much for your thorough troubleshooting and reporting! 🙂
You’re spot on. The ticket box will not display unless ticket sales have started. If the event is not live or it is outside of the prescribed ticket sales window, you won’t see it on your page.
I definitely appreciate your suggestion about clarifying our documentation, and will look into that right away. Thanks, again!
