ParticipantHi, wmglennosborne. Thanks for getting in touch. I apologize that you’re experiencing this bug.
We have had reports that the snippet fixing tags didn’t resolve the issue with the slider. Would you mind adding this one and seeing if it does the trick:

Thanks!

ParticipantHi, aava! That’s a great idea! π
WooTickets does not currently ingegrate with PassBook, but it’s definitely something we’re looking into. If you wouldn’t mind, we’d be grateful if you could suggest it as a feature in our User Voice forum so that we can better gauge interest: https://tribe.uservoice.com/
Thanks so much!

ParticipantOh, one more thing! The developer tells me that if you need the text string to be translated in the interim, you could hack the plugin. The text you’re looking for is in the file classes/class-wootickets.php in the wootickets folder, line 279.
Hope that helps! π

ParticipantHi, zandooli. Great question!
My first question is whether or not the ticket sales start date has past. This is a common reason for the ticket sales box not appearing. Assuming that the tickets should be on sale (it is currently between the start and end dates), the box should be there.
Unfortunately, without being able to look at your site, it’s difficult for me to help troubleshoot. Would you be able to let me view the site so I could see the behavior?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, tw005978. This is a great question! π
Actually, we have mistakenly omitted this from our .pot file. Unfortunately, it’s not something that we can fix on the fly, but I’ll definitely get it queued to be part of an upcoming release.
I apologize for the delay. Thanks in advance for your patience while we get this resolved!

ParticipantHi, Adam. Thanks for your note. π
Unfortunately, I canβt comment on release timelines for features. Your best bet, if youβd like to ensure that theyβre included in the near future is to add your voice to a suggestion on our User Voice forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
We prioritize features based on the response they receive there. Thanks for being part of the Tribe community!

ParticipantHi, Jeff. Great question! π
Unfortunately, there isn’t a good solution for conditionally updating certain info on the event update. Your best bet is to configure the Organizer in the Events Calendar to match up with the one you want to use in Eventbrite.
If this is something you would like to see put into the add-on in the future, we would be grateful if you would suggest it in our User Voice forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas We prioritize new features based on the response they receive there.
Sorry we don’t have a better workflow at the moment!

ParticipantHi, Brendan. Great question!
It’s worthwhile noting that the ticket box may not display if ticket sales have not yet started. Would you mind checking the start date?
Also, if you wouldn’t mind posting the System Information from the Events Calendar Settings Help tab, that could prove very useful.
Thanks! π

ParticipantThanks for your help, snorton! π
thadrosenau, it sounds like you’re sorted for now. Please start a new thread if anything else comes up! π
