Import Events from Spreadsheet

I’m trying to import 400 events to the Events Calendar as events, but they just seem to show up as posts.
For the _posts table, I have the post_type fields value set as tribe_events.
For _postmeta, I have these fields:
– meta_key: _VenueVenue meta_value:
– meta_key: _VenueOrigin meta_value: events_calendar
– meta_key: _VenueAuditTrail meta_value: a:1:{i:0;a:2:{i:0;s:15:”events-calendar”;i:1;s:10:”1347991788″;}} <- copied from exisiting event

What else do I need for these to show up as Events and not Posts?

Would you mind clarifying, are you using the CSV import feature in the Events Calendar?

Aw, heck! I didn’t know there was a CSV importer, I was just straight up importing the .csv file to the database using Sequel Pro.

So now I’ve used the CSV importer and I have some questions.
– It seems I have the data formatted incorrrectly, as the events imported with blank dates. Here’s an example data: 13/11/02 12:00:00 PM
– Is there any way to associate the Events with Venues or Organizers while importing? Otherwise someone still has to manually add all the venues. We’re planning to upload 400 events at a time.

Hi, baynature. Don’t worry if you didn’t know. It’s a new feature for us.

If you import Venues and Organizers first, they should automatically associate.

I believe that the importer may be looking for M/D/Y/ rather than D/M/Y. Would you mind trying that?
