ParticipantHi there,
I looked on the forum before posting my question and I’ve found nothing.
I mean, a lot of “add to cart” topics but nothing seems to look like to my issue. Here the following issue :
When I am on an event page, the “form cart” show nothing.
I’m not able to buy a ticket. It’s like “the form cart” is hidden by something.
You can see my problem here :

I’ve think that my theme was the cause in the first place but then,
– I’ve deactivated all other plugins to check for a plugin conflict = Same Issue
– I’ve reverted to the 2011 default WordPress theme (with other plugins still deactivated) to check for a theme conflict. = Same issueI followed your Themer’s Guide for customize tribe-events-pro.css in my folder theme but nothing happen.
Can you help me about this ?
Thanks in advance

ParticipantHi, zandooli. Great question!
My first question is whether or not the ticket sales start date has past. This is a common reason for the ticket sales box not appearing. Assuming that the tickets should be on sale (it is currently between the start and end dates), the box should be there.
Unfortunately, without being able to look at your site, it’s difficult for me to help troubleshoot. Would you be able to let me view the site so I could see the behavior?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, zandooli. Thanks so much for your link.
When I go to the site I see the ticket box (http://d.pr/i/BzA9) and I am able to add a ticket to the cart (http://d.pr/i/UDXC). The checkout seems to work fine, too: http://d.pr/i/Uvzw.
Is it possible that one of the changes you made while troubleshooting fixed it? 🙂 Please let me know if you see the same behavior.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi !
I was going to update my post because I found the solution but you’re so quick 🙂
Actually, I didn’t gave to my event the option to start a sale today.
You asked me earlier “My first question is whether or not the ticket sales start date has past.”
But me, I’d set up the start of sales the Nov 26th..so the box was hidden.Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience !
