I love your plugin. However one thing is driving me insane. The events are on the event page perfectly but they have a way of planting themselves at the top of the main blog site too. I’d like to have them appear only on the events page. I can’t figure out how to change this. Can you offer some assistance?
Hi, letskickass. Great question! 🙂 We’re happy to help.
I took a look at your site, and I couldn’t see what you’re describing. Would you mind sending a screenshot (using a service like droplr.com if you don’t have another preferred method)?
The event descriptions are posted on the main blog page above every thing else as a blog post. I don’t want them to appear there at all. I only want them on the events page. How do I choose to make it only visible on the LetsKickASS.com/events page and NOT on the LetsKickASS.com page>
That makes sense! 🙂 Would you mind checking if the Include events in main blog loop is checked in The Events Calendar Settings? It looks like this: http://d.pr/i/yfV2
Assuming that it is not selected, your events should not appear in the blog loop (which is presumably what is being displayed on your front page). They will continue to be visible on all the Events Calendar views.
Hope that helps!
