ParticipantHi, comhlamh. Sounds like you’re making good progress with your theme dev. Is there a reason you are asking us for clarification about his advice?
Also, Please make sure that if you’re overriding our plugin files that you do so in a way that will be preserved after update. (This goes for theme modifications, too!) For more information about how to go about that, please check out our Themer’s Guide under useful resources in the right sidebar.
Hope that helps!

Participantwmglennosborne, I just wanted to check in and let you know that we haven’t forgotten about you. We expect to hear back from our devs tomorrow with a potential fix. Please stay tuned! 🙂

ParticipantThanks for the props, Chen! We really appreciate it, and we’re very happy that you’re all sorted.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:

ParticipantHi, loftopia. Thanks for your patience.
Please put this snippet in your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/MZAWeb/0379823326014a739399
You’ll probably want to omit the opening PHP tag.
Also, you’ll probably want to remove the “You’ll receive your tickets in another email” from the WooCommerce emails. That’s in the file classes/class-wootickets.php in the wootickets folder, line 279.
Hope that helps! 🙂

ParticipantHi, mcmahant. Great question! 🙂
While we don’t have any specific methods to recommend, this thread might help you out: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/customer-custom-fields/#post-64069
Let us know how it goes! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantHi, fireflycinemas. Great question! 🙂
This sort of customization is beyond the support that we can offer here. On the other hand, this thread, and the ones linked from it, may get you on the right track:
Hope that helps! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantThat’s a great idea, Marcus. Thanks for the suggestion! 🙂

ParticipantNo problem, Neil. Let us know if anything else comes up! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantThanks, wmglennosborne. Let us do some digging on this and get back to you.
We appreciate your patience!

ParticipantHi, Erin. Our dev was hoping to update your plugin again, but it seems that something on your site has changed so that she can’t make that happen.
Would you mind allowing that again? Hopefully, then you’ll be all squared away! 🙂
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, comhlamh. Since there is a conflict with your theme, let’s address that first. Once we have that sorted out, we can better address other issues.
Have you heard back from your theme developer?
Kelly
ParticipantGreat question, loftopia! 🙂 I haven’t helped someone with this since 3.2 released, so I’d like to doublecheck with my dev team.
I’ll get back to you when I have a solid answer. 🙂
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, comhlamh. I can understand your eagerness. 🙂 Unfortunately, since this is not an issue with our plugin, it’s really something you’ll need to bring to your theme developer for support. You could also engage the support of a third-party developer to check it out, and if you’d like suggestions, we’d be happy to share a list of reliable folks with you.
Once we get this conflict sorted out, we can see what else is going on.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantThanks for letting us know, highasp! It had been accidentally marked as spam by our overzealous spam filtering software. You should see it now! 🙂
