ParticipantI am still having problems with events not being displayed when a visitor clicks to the next month. If you hit refresh, they suddenly appear, but just clicking from month to month to month isn’t showing all of them. It doesn’t seem to matter whether the events are recurring or not. There simply doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for what is displayed or not. The site is fully up to date on WordPress (3.7.1), the Events Calendar and Pro (3.2), and all other plugins. There is no cache plugin installed. I have tried deactivating every plugin except Events Calendar and Pro with the same results. I switched to the default WP theme (2013) with the same results. I even set everything up on a testsite so I could try all of this there as well with the same results. Based on what was said in https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/november-events-not-showing-in-month-view/, I thought this was going to be fixed, but it seems to be the same or a related problem. I have also tested this in various browsers – Firefox 25, IE 10, and Chrome 31 – all with the same missing event results. Here’s another tidbit if it helps with troubleshooting: I visit the calendar which shows November’s events, click to December and no events are displayed, switch to list view and all the events show there, switch back to month which then shows November again with only TWO events showing where before there was only 7 days that were blank. Please help.

ParticipantI am experiencing the same problem. All events are there, but when you click through the calendar from month to month they don’t appear until you press refresh. I’d be interested in a fix if there is one or an uodate if required. My testing mirrors the experience above – have tested on multiple tablets, PCs and mobiles – all the same. Browsers include chrome, ie and safari.

ParticipantI am also having the same issue. In list view everything shows up. However, in calendar view, events in February only show up if the page is refreshed. The do not show up when clicking through the months.

MemberHi everyone, could I ask each of you to post your System Information (as provided in the Events → Help admin screen)? We have seen reports of this before and are actively investigating, so any further information would definitely be appreciated.

ParticipantHi Barry – not sure what information you are looking for now seeing anything entitled System Information in that section at all?
December 2, 2013 at 2:33 pm #79758Kelly
ParticipantHi, volpagirl. The System Information is a detailed specification of what’s running on your site for our troubleshooting purposes.
To find it, click on “Events” in the left sidebar of the Admin interface. In the subheadings under “Events”, you should now see “Help”. Click on that, and scroll to the bottom of the page that is takes you to. There, you’ll see a box with a black background. Please copy all of the text there and paste it in a reply to this thread.
Thanks!

ParticipantNothing showing with a black background – I promise you!

ParticipantHi, volpagirl. It sounds like we’re going to need to do a bit more troubleshooting with you to help get things sorted out.
If you don’t mind, please start a new forum thread and feel free to reference this one. We can then take things from there.
Thanks!

Modern Tribe Inc.Hi! We are Modern Tribe and we are here to help you kick ass. Thanks so much for installing our labor of love!
Thanks for buying Events Calendar PRO! From all of us at Modern Tribe, we sincerely appreciate it. If you’re looking for help with Events Calendar PRO, you’ve come to the right place. We are committed to helping make your calendar kick ass… and hope the resources provided below will help get you there.
Getting StartedIf this is your first time using The Events Calendar Pro, you’re in for a treat and are already well on your way to creating a first event. Here are some basics we’ve found helpful for users jumping into it for the first time:
Our New User Primer was designed for folks in your exact position. Featuring both step-by-step videos and written walkthroughs that feature accompanying screenshots, the primer aims to take you from zero to hero in no time.
Installation/Setup FAQs from our support page can help give an overview of what the plugin can and cannot do. This section of the FAQs may be helpful as it aims to address any basic install questions not addressed by the new user primer.
Are you developer looking to build your own frontend view? We created an example plugin that demonstrates how to register a new view. You can download the plugin at GitHub to get started.
Take care of your license key. Though not required to create your first event, you’ll want to get it in place as soon as possible to guarantee your access to support and upgrades. Here’s how to find your license key, if you don’t have it handy.Otherwise, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can get started by heading to the Events menu and adding your first event.
Support Resources To Help You Kick AssWe’ve redone our support page from the ground up in an effort to better help our users. Head over to our Support Page and you’ll find lots of great resources, including:
Template tags, functions, and hooks & filters for The Events Calendar & Events Calendar PRO
Frequently Asked Questions ranging from the most basic setup questions to advanced themer tweaks
Tutorials written by both members of our team and users from the community, covering custom queries, integration with third-party themes and plugins, etc.
Release notes for painting an overall picture of the plugin’s lifecycle and when features/bug fixes were introduced.
Add-on documentation for all of Modern Tribe’s official extensions for The Events Calendar (including WooTickets, Community Events, Eventbrite Tickets, Facebook Events, etc)We’ve also got a Modern Tribe UserVoice page where we’re actively watching for feature ideas from the community. If after playing with the plugin and reviewing the resources above, you’re finding a feature isn’t present that should be, let us know. Vote up existing feature requests or add your own, and help us shape the future of the products business in a way that best meets the community’s needs.
Forums: Because Everyone Needs A BuddyWritten documentation can only take things so far…sometimes, you need help from a real person. This is where our support forums come into play.
Users who have purchased an Events Calendar PRO license are granted total access to our premium support forums. Unlike at the WordPress.org support forum, where our involvement is limited to identifying and patching bugs, we have a dedicated support team for PRO users. We’re on the PRO forums daily throughout the business week, and no thread should go more than 24-hours without a response.
Our number one goal is helping you succeed, and to whatever extent possible, we’ll help troubleshoot and guide your customizations or tweaks. While we won’t build your site for you, and we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get you 100% integrated with every theme or plugin out there, we’ll do all we can to point you in the right direction and to make you — and your client, as is often more importantly the case — satisfied.
Before posting a new thread, please do a search to make sure your issue hasn’t already been addressed. When posting please make sure to provide as much detail about the problem as you can (with screenshots or screencasts if feasible), and make sure that you’ve identified whether a plugin / theme conflict could be at play in your initial message.
Not getting help?If you find that you aren’t getting the level of service you’ve come to expect from Modern Tribe, shoot us an email at [email protected] or tweet @moderntribeinc and tell us why. We’ll do what we can to make it right.
System InformationSometimes it’s hard to tell what’s going wrong without knowing more about your system steup. For your convenience, we’ve put together a little report on what’s cooking under the hood.
If you suspect that the problem you’re having is related to another plugin, or we’re just plain having trouble reproducing your bug report, please copy and send all of this to our support team.

MemberThanks highasp.
Based on what was said in https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/november-events-not-showing-in-month-view/, I thought this was going to be fixed
I don’t believe this is quite the same problem. I wonder though if you would be able to install a fresh copy of WordPress (in a subdirectory for instance), set up only our plugins and see if you can replicate this under those conditions?
I’d be interested to know if you can – that might indicate it’s an environmental problem in nature – or if you can’t if you can start adding all the various components that are present on your live site and uncover a conflict that way?
I appreciate this is similar in nature to the basic troubleshooting steps you have covered already, but approaching from this angle may help us to find the root cause.

ParticipantI did do exactly what you are requesting on my test space. My test space is with the same hosting company, just on a different box. Do you want to see the System Information for that install? It would save me a ton of work I’ve already done and won’t have time to do until the weekend at the earliest. If you absolutely need the new install done on the same hosting account as the problem website, let me know and I will do my best to get it done this weekend.

Memberhighasp: looking through the issue tracker I suspect some changes in the very next maintenance release (which ought to be with us shortly) may have a positive impact on this problem. Unfortunately I’m unable to give you a precise date for that release, but we are in the final phase of testing so it really should be here soon.
With that in mind, my suggestion at this point is to wait for that and then try upgrading and see if the problem is resolved. Is that workable here?
I do appreciate it means a further delay, but I think it is the best avenue for us in this case.
