ParticipantThanks for the feedback, Andreas and Robin. I’ll close the thread now.
Thanks for being TEC users!

ParticipantHi, cforge. Thanks for getting in touch about this conflict.
This sounds like a known bug that has to do with integration with certain WooCommerce storefront configurations. Do you have the “Include Events In Main Blog Loop” box ticked? If so, would you mind testing with that unchecked and letting me know if that changes the behavior?
Also, I’ll be moving this thread to the WooCommerce Tickets forum since that’s where you’ll get the most responsive help for this issue.

ParticipantHi, fredlacroix. THanks for getting in touch about your issue with compatibility between TEC and qTranslate.
Unfortunately, this behavior is a documented conflict with qTranslate. We’re working towards addressing this, but for now, we don’t have a solution on our immediate roadmap.
I’m sorry that I don’t have better news for you. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.

ParticipantHi, aling. That sounds like a really frustrating issue.
Have you tried checking your setting in the General WordPress settings? The “Week starts on” setting is down at the bottom of the list.
Hope that does the trick!
Kelly
ParticipantNo problem, aldentecooking. Please let us know how it goes!

ParticipantHi, accessrose. I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles navigating your calendar.
In my testing just now, everything was working as it should. Would you mind giving me some more specific instructions on where it breaks?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, accessrose. Thanks for getting in touch about your customization.
Unfortunately, this is a bit outside of our support purview. For now, your best bet would be to check out our User Roles doc here: https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/what-plugin-capabilities-are-there-for-creating-custom-roles/ That should give you what you need if you decide to pursue this development on your own.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi, Schalk Joubert. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
Since you’ll be using it for what is essentially a demo site, you can just omit the license code. You’ll want to keep tabs on future releases though because you will not be alerted about future updates without the license key.
Thanks for being a TEC User!

ParticipantHi, aldentecooking. Thanks for giving us some more info about your issue.
It looks like this may be related to an old version of WooCommerce running on your site. Please try upgrading to a more recent version and see what happens. (You’ll want to be sure to backup your site before upgrading just in case something else goes wrong.) Hopefully, that should be all it takes to resolve the inventory increase issue.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, scrimshire. Thanks for testing that for us.
It looks like we’re going to be rolling the fix for the no-add-to-cart-button into a release very soon now. If you can hold tight for that, it should do the trick.

ParticipantHi, greggc. I definitely hear your frustration here. I’m very sorry that I don’t have a real solution for you.
Because of the way that TEC is implemented, shortcodes would require a complete overhaul of our codebase, so they haven’t been available for something like you’re trying to do, and they’re not anywhere on the roadmap at present. We do have a known conflict with Headway, and there is no workaround at this time. Unfortunately, our hands are really tied here.
I would suggest that if you wanted to continue using the plugin, you revert to old versions of everything involved and see if that can make things right. If not, we would be absolutely be willing to give you a refund. Simply email pro /a/ tri.be and reference this support thread.
I apologize again that I wasn’t able to resolve your issue.
Kelly
ParticipantFantastic news, Donald! Well done!
Is there anything else we can help you with for now?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, aldentecooking. That behavior sounds really frustrating.
Unfortunately, there are a number of WooThemes that have conflicts with our plugin. Would you mind telling me which theme you’re using?
Also, what happened when you tested with Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve and all plugins except for WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets enabled?

ParticipantHi, apextyler99. I’m not able to replicate that problem.
Do you get that at this URL: http://docs.tri.be/ ?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Leslie. Thanks for letting us know that you’ve got the same issue, and that you’re not using NextGEN.
Have you had a chance to test with Twenty Twelve or Twenty Eleven and all plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO disabled? If so, did the central map work?
