ParticipantHi, scrimshire. Thanks for getting back to us with those.
From what we’re seeing everything looks in order. Would you mind confirming that when you’re testing under Twenty Twelve or Twenty Eleven with plugins disabled, you have WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets as the only active plugins?

ParticipantThanks, mastres. Hope they have some good news for you.

ParticipantHi, Caroline. It’s been a while since we last heard from you, so I wanted to check and see if you were still pursuing this issue.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help. If we don’t hear from you tomorrow, I’ll be closing this thread.

ParticipantHi, tchadsey. I see how that can be confusing to look at.
Please check out the Themer’s Guide, linked to the right, for instructions on how to customize your TEC install. The files that are associated with the email are email.php and tickets.php.
Hopefully, that should get you what you need. If you have any specific questions, please let us know.

ParticipantHi, mastres. Your last post is indeed the correct one.
I’d like to suggest that it would probably be best if you pass the entire file with a note about the line numbers rather than just that snippet. That way, the Woo support team get the context.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, gurban308. Thanks for letting us know that you’re back online.
Have you had a chance to test in default Twenty Twelve? Were you able to see the map then?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, greggc. Because of the way TEC is implemented, we do not use shortcodes.
Sorry I don’t have better news for you.

ParticipantHi, philippas. It looks like that did the trick for you.
I’m going to close this thread, but please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

ParticipantHi, flaglerhumanesociety. Thanks very much for the credentials.
I took a look at your site, and it appears that the culprit is most likely a conflict with NextGEN Gallery. Unfortunately, we’ve yet to discover the root cause. At this point the only thing that we know works is to disable or uninstall NextGEN.
I wish I had better news for you.

ParticipantHi, mastres. Thanks for getting back to us. Please have Woo check out lib/tribe-event-query.class.php:110-113. That should point them in the right direction.

ParticipantHi, izzyme85. Unfortunately, it looks like you’re right, and we haven’t yet documented it.
Honestly, you’d need WP development help to press ahead with this. We can’t give you some code to drop in as it’s not immediately clear how your catalog filters are operating, and that’s beyond the scope of support we can offer.
I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you. Hope that helps point you in the right direction if you decide to continue on your own.

ParticipantHi, scrimshire. Thanks for all the screenshots. Would you mind uploading one more? Specifically, we’re looking for the shot of the ticket settings. Hopefully, that will give us what we need.
